It won't be in the game, it's not made my this RUclipsr, It's not even fan made. It's by a Japanese DJ called DJ DECKSTREAM whom the poster has credited in the video Description. I think it's just his concept for the future and i'm pretty grateful to them because the artist has more of this same type of awesome music..

This would be good for bosses. Regular fights it wouldn't work for because it takes too long for it to really start after the intro, some fights would be over before they start singing.

Found this after P5 release. I like the battle music that Atlus came up with more but man is this track a banger. I like that the fans put together a fan ost using random songs on the internet that could possibly fit the theme of P5. Great song and stay cool Persona fandom.
"Be Your True Mind" kind of gives the idea that this theme is more about battling a Shadow or another facet of a character's inner mind. And that's exactly what this song feels like. It doesn't feel like the standard battle themes in the series, but it's too good to be just a standard boss battle theme. Regardless of my opinion, this piece is absolutely incredible and the quality and style made me think this was the legit thing.

Unfortunately within the Persona lineage. There is no forward story that connects any of the previous ones. There are only subtle references stating the lineage and how the previous ones were in the past. They wouldn't make something so large to connect any game. But cool idea.

Unless they make one social link canon, (which they would never do, because that defeats the point of the game) there's no telling who the MCs end up with, and it would likely mess with the relationships of the investigation team members. (Ie. "I dated only Naoto but Naoto ended up with Kanji whaaaaaat this is BS.)
ehhhh I'm not sure that I like that. I enjoy how Persona games are separate from one another. There's always a fresh start with a new story/world to explore. I feel like a full blown sequel to any persona story wouldn't work out well.

cardcafex actually if it was one to three floors might not be to bad. I mean adachi would telaport, you if you touched an enemy when he told you not to. Course I ran into a gold hand and I was like screw it, so had to redo it haha but what you said would be cool for an event or something like that
This is way better than the normal battle theme of Persona 5 (I haven't played Royale so I don't know if they changed the battle theme like in P4G). In fact, this sounds more persona-ish than the entire Persona 5. Don't get me wrong, I loved P4 and P5, but after Persona 3 the megaten style had gotten less and less dark. This songs reflects perfectly the old vibe of the Persona 1-3 era, specially in the instruments and effects that are used. I'll say it one more time: I enjoyed P4 and P5, but they were obviously a change of style in the series. I loved the dark tones and themes of the previous one even if that meant not being too mainstream to be on big western media and platforms like Steam (which I celebrate at the same time).
@FuckOuttaHere Well, if you played Persona 1-3 or any of the pre 2006 megaten games you wouldn't say so. NOWADAYS it doesn't really have a consistent sound, but it did and it was basically dark music regardless of the genre.
The thing about the Persona battle themes is that they often start off very suddenly and impactfully, and this one doesn't really fit that. Don't get me wrong ,I really like this song. But you know how in P3, it started with "Baby, baby" and how in P4 it started with "Now I face out?" This song would probably have to start off in the middle.
Well i do get what you're saying, I see nothing wrong with Atlus taking a different stance on their music, keeping to a same exact formula gets old. And the music is one of the most important parts of the game I think right as the vocals start would be great.
I did. It starts with trumpets that are still quite sudden, then goes to the "Baby, baby" part. Even Time to Make History has an extremely strong bass riff.
2019 and I still listening to this fan P5 OST, it's perfect, even tho I played the real P5, I still think this OST was better than the original real one, I can just dream about a P6 using this OST...

I like, no, LOVE the PS Vita, but I would've hated P5 on Vita. I'd rather play Persona 5 on my big TV. Then an enhanced version on PS4. Though P5 on Vita would've been a system seller.
Actually you don't need a ps3. Like I said u will be able to play ps3 games on any system not just a ps3. If ure subscribed to playstation now and don't have any of sony's gaming systems to play on, you just need a tv with the playstation now app and a dualshock controller and apparently you're set to play games without having any of the systems.

I think that it would be cool to be able to choose what you summon personae with as an equip item. Such as doing a quest and getting an evoker as the reward, and then all the summoning items could have different effects in battle; such as being able to switch personae twice in one turn.
i wish the gameplay of persona would be like lightning returns when switching schemata you are switching persona and i hope there would be an in depth character customization and that you protagonist has a voice and taht your decisions will truly affect the story and also be able to wear whatever combination of clothes you want to wear

The reason why it wouldn't work well is because the main character is pretty much meant to be the person playing. Giving him a voice is essentially the same thing as giving him a character. He's not SUPPOSED to have a character; he's you.
TylightDark To be honest the whole voice thing isn't the biggest deal with the Persona franchise since they have movies and the anime and such. So I could let it slide as long as the voice actor is consistent.

This is way better than the normal battle theme of Persona 5 (I haven't played Royale so I don't know if they changed the battle theme like in P4G). In fact, this sounds more persona-ish than the entire Persona 5. Don't get me wrong, I loved P4 and P5, but after Persona 3 the megaten style had gotten less and less dark.
This songs reflects perfectly the old vibe of the Persona 1-3 era, specially in the instruments and effects that are used.
I'll say it one more time: I enjoyed P4 and P5, but they were obviously a change of style in the series. I loved the dark tones and themes of the previous one even if that meant not being too mainstream to be on big western media and platforms like Steam (which I celebrate at the same time).
I get what you're saying. Even if P5's jazzy style is amazing, it's not very Persona-ish.
I hope P6 has a soundtrack like this. It's so good.

@FuckOuttaHere Well, if you played Persona 1-3 or any of the pre 2006 megaten games you wouldn't say so. NOWADAYS it doesn't really have a consistent sound, but it did and it was basically dark music regardless of the genre.

The thing about the Persona battle themes is that they often start off very suddenly and impactfully, and this one doesn't really fit that. Don't get me wrong ,I really like this song. But you know how in P3, it started with "Baby, baby" and how in P4 it started with "Now I face out?" This song would probably have to start off in the middle.

2019 and I still listening to this fan P5 OST, it's perfect, even tho I played the real P5, I still think this OST was better than the original real one, I can just dream about a P6 using this OST...

I like, no, LOVE the PS Vita, but I would've hated P5 on Vita. I'd rather play Persona 5 on my big TV. Then an enhanced version on PS4. Though P5 on Vita would've been a system seller.

I heard persona 5 may be part of playstation now so that means we can play it anywhere not just ps3...
Actually you don't need a ps3. Like I said u will be able to play ps3 games on any system not just a ps3. If ure subscribed to playstation now and don't have any of sony's gaming systems to play on, you just need a tv with the playstation now app and a dualshock controller and apparently you're set to play games without having any of the systems.

the coolest theme ever
I think that it would be cool to be able to choose what you summon personae with as an equip item. Such as doing a quest and getting an evoker as the reward, and then all the summoning items could have different effects in battle; such as being able to switch personae twice in one turn.
i wish the gameplay of persona would be like lightning returns when switching schemata you are switching persona and i hope there would be an in depth character customization and that you protagonist has a voice and taht your decisions will truly affect the story and also be able to wear whatever combination of clothes you want to wear

The reason why it wouldn't work well is because the main character is pretty much meant to be the person playing.
Giving him a voice is essentially the same thing as giving him a character. He's not SUPPOSED to have a character; he's you.

To be honest the whole voice thing isn't the biggest deal with the Persona franchise since they have movies and the anime and such. So I could let it slide as long as the voice actor is consistent.
