Sorry for the late reply. I used action replay codes from a forum in The Rockman EXE Zone (forums.therockmanexezone.com/old-cheats-from-old-gamefaqs-t5361.html) on mGBA emulator. Though the codes available can only on USA Region Team Colonel and Japanese Region Team of Blues (Protoman).
