As a Zimbabwean my fellow south africans you made proud......
University of Johannesburg 😭😭😭 Thank you for connecting us to our neighbours and African sisters & brothers. I don't understand much of the Shona words but the heart rejoices and goosebumps are winning 😊🔥
Nice music. Translation into Shona its all about praising the Lord through dancing. For great things hearth done. Second one e emphasis that for sure God is there and we do witness his presence through his mighty works through us.
Nyani nyani Uyehova ukhona ngempela

This when you Africa is connected when we can sing songs from other african countries.. #IAMZIMBO🙌
Zimbabwean shona never do though. Take a sharona in any African country, the refuse to learn the native language. Take a shona to Europe, they learn the European language quicker that you can say Tambira
Buddy Zezuru = Ntshona Zulu = Makwakwa Zulu = Magwaza from the Barolong Suthu or oMhlongo or the Hlubi or Shubi or the Subia. As Zulu as they come. Like the Venda Singo = Mphephu Zulu or Mandlakazi or Mhandla or Mvemvane or Zinkonjane Zezulu (where Zezuru comes from, Mvemvane = Butterly = Nkonjane = Bembane). Hlubi or Shuping like the Nyanja - who are called Pondo or Amalala in South Africa.
Nigerian 🇳🇬 here. I love the song. So beautiful African youth here.
Love from ✌🏾Rwanda “tambira jeova” is kinyarwanda word which stands for “dance for the Lord”
that's the same meaning in Shona... Africa we are one indeed!!

Our National Anthem says "God Bless Africa". We must be the most Africans that incorporate other African cultures in our culture. Perhaps has to do with being disconnect to the rest of the continent during apartheid. We freely embrace all of Africa.
