Immigration in Manila does not ask so many questions if you have a valid visa of the US, Schengen, Japan, Australia, SIngapore etc.

Hello. I have a question. I am travelling to Malaysia Philippines and Singapore starting tomorrow. So first we are going to Malaysia and will stay will 13th. 14th we have flights booked to Philippines and on 18th we have flights to Singapore. The thing is due to time constraints we got ourselves Singapore visa with 3 months validity which starts from the day we go to Singapore. So we are in a lot of confusion now. Are we going to be denied entry in Philippines because Singapore visa starts on 18th of July and we are going to Philippines on 14th.
But my travel history is strong. We traveled to Europe last year on Schengen and then to China 6months back.
see as long as you have the Singapore visa and the immigration in Philippines know that you will certainly visit Singapore then I dont see any issues in that. A lot depends upon your flight itineraries so if you have any flight that is from Philippines to Singapore that will save you.

Firstly, no problem in transiting via HK. The immigration process is smooth. Singapore multi-entry visa is a better option than the sticker visa. It's a tedious job and can cause unnecessary delays. Your travel history is ok but I would recommend a stay of minimum 2-3 days in case you never traveled to Singapore. Hopefully, they should start EVisa or direct VOA but no official news yet.

I agree that for fresh passport you recommend stay in Singapore. However Singapore dosen't stamp Entry and Exit on passport these days. Do we need to show the ICA email as proof of entry into Singapore?
I think when they scan our passport at the immigration they get all the information.I am not sure about it though,but more and more countries are opting for non stamping of passport
After Singapore I went to the UAE after a few months and they didn't stamp my passport on exiting the country
There was the same kinda system I saw in Singapore
So there must be some kind of ways for the immigration to know where we have been to

I would suggest stay in Singapore for a 1-2 days or book your return flight back to India with a layover in Singapore.

in that case you will need singpore visa and reschedule one of your flights because in both the case you have 3 hours of layover

Still 1 thing not clear, what do you mean by Visa. What if its used? Will it be still useful in getting visa on arrival in Ph?
E.g.
I am going from BOM to SG. Will spend 10 days in Sg (on tourist visa)
On 10th day i will exit Sg and fly to Philippines (cebu) so technically when i exit Sg the Sg tourist visa will get used.
I am not coming back to Sg as I will be going from Philippines to HongKong and back to India. (No connection from Sg)
therefore we recommend apply for a Singapore multi-entry visa so that in case you are returning to SG for your onward journey and if you are required to clear the immigration you should not face any issues.

The tickets are available via singapore and there is a 9 hour layover time.. Yes, if you all have Singapore multi-entry no issues in that. If there is a layover in Singapore, you can exit the airport, take a city tour and come back for your flight to Philippines.

as long as you have Singapore multi-entry visa you can travel to Philippines. It will be good at least if you can book a few days in Singapore because they should not get the impressions that you procured Singapore visa only to visit Philippines but not Singapore.

Aur ek cheeze ka dhyan rakhna ki aapka return flight singapore se agar booked hai to immigration cross na karna pade kyoki agar aapke visa expire ho chuka hoga tab tak to transit or next flight to catch karne mein problem ho sakti hai. to return flight dhyan se book karna. no issues in that even if your passport is fresh. travel to singapore first and stay there for 2-3 days and then go to Philippines in your case. I would rather suggest that you stay in Singapore for at least 5 days

Do they ask to show the bank statement for the last 6 months and do we need to show them minimum 100,000 rupees in our bank account to get the visa on arrival?
@TRAVELMANTODAY I am going to Phillipines, from Singapore. I have a multiple entry visa. My doubts are concerning the financial proof that I have to show it at immigration in Phillipines for visa on arrival approval. Do I need to carry American dollars of some amount or filipino pesos? Or can I show debit card/ bank statement? I am planning to stay there for 12 days. I am a solo traveller.

If you're low on budget,stay in hostels and eat and hawker centres and you're good to go
