hey! so, when you say that it's easy to change residence, you mean that i could do that whenever i want? i reeaaallyy want to avoid going to the expensive residences lol
the lottery determines who gets their first choice. so if you get picked first they look at your list and assign you your top res, if your name gets drawn near the end your top choices might be full, so they look further down your rankings.
