RUclips demonetised my entire channel a year ago, if you would like to help keep it going there is
some "merch" for sale here: teespring.com/stores/world-review
Can you do a patreon? I would be happy to help you. I appreciate your hard work and I love the music so much.
@@ukmedicfrcs I don't really trust Patreon, like RUclips they ban people for really no good reasons. Might look into SubscribeStar, a lot of people have switched to them because of how Patreon treats people. I don't know, a lot of people are going through some rough times right now.
Maureen McCormick "Marsha Brady" Starred in an episode too.
I went to bed one night aged 23 and woke up next morning aged 63 that's how fast time goes.
right!!!! yes it do.
Same here but 38 one day and 50 the next. I'm like where on earth?......
Wow Im gonna be 63 July 3! Life seems long sometimes, but is actually very short, I remember going to the clubs with my buddies, In 1976. I actually thought I was the The Fonz! Now Im older than Mr C.. wow!!
Ha Ha!! I know the feeling!
You ain't kidding
WOW, it is really sad watching this (music doesnt help)! Life does not stand still and it is very fast.
Ain't that the bloody truth....makes you wonder why we take anything seriously at all.
You wrote this comment one year ago.
The sadness creeps in when you realize many of your childhood heroes have passed... I honor those who have passed and I tip my hat to those who are still with us...
Tim Duvall
Gets more and more difficult to watch sitcom repeat of your favorites from years ago and you know so many of the actors are long gone, it’s saddening...But they live on in repeat syndication
I remember meeting donny most I was in the 3rd grade. I was star struck!
Most of them are still alive. 🙄
Bravo comment
I agree Tim.
R.I.P.: Erin Moran and Tom Bosley
The background score is eerie and has a faraway feel to it. How youth is lost and bonds scattered with time. Time heedlessly and tirelessly marches on.
and then we die
Roz Kelly (Pinky Tuscadero) looks great!
She really looks worse than the photo shown. And, in fact, she hasn't worked on film since she poked fun and Henry Winkler on the Happy Day's set and was fired. Before that happened, the producers were considering asking her to become a regular but she destroyed her own career.
I would love ❤️ to go back in time man live those days all over again it make so sad 😭 looking back and missing those great oldies man so many memories where did time go just seems like yesterday man
So hard to distinguish names, etc.
Bad choice of color for the names.
McCarthyism, segregation, blatant sexism, those were fabulous times.
How about Cuban missle crisis, Cold War, Vietnam, the draft, Nixon, etc!

What about it?
You're still here.
@@ingriddubbel8468 McCarthy was right tho. Now we're dealing with communists indoctrinating our children and they've taken over the dem party.
Thank you so much for posting. The video (obviously) brings back A TON of great memories from that show & time period (I was born in '69). I'm 49 now, and cant believe how much faster time seems to pass as I get older.
Being young, one doesn't picture himself growing old, until one day reality hits you between the eyes with a two by four.
Feeling it too... where has the last 15 years gone alone??!!! Blink of an eye!!! I hate getting old in every way.... I'm just turned 45... We're the best generation though... sadly... we had everything.. best shows... best music...and the ability to watch the world die....
I was born in 69 as well and somewhere in the family album there is a picture of me posting like the Fonz with my thumbs up. I must have been five or six at the time. This show was a cultural phenomena. Great memories.
As far as we know, Chuck Cunningham is still in his room. Great memories.
Good One~!!
Don't you mean still at college ? :)
He went upstairs and never returned
He is up there dribbling his basketball
Great show rip to those who passed away
It sucks getting old. You don’t get a long enough turn at being young.
It's just that as kids we think we have all of the time in the world! We don't realize and think it is too long! Then in the blink of an eye we are all grown up!
Amy Clarke exactly right Amy. I still feel like early 20’s but I’m mid 50’s
Cajun Slot, I am going to be 49 years young in June and I still feel like my 20s or 30s lol!!
O boy, Isn't that the truth , life is short.
Getting old ain't for sissy's.

Is true Robin Williams played in Happy Days too ?
As Mork.... Is that Mork from "Mork & Mindy" ?
So Mork & Mindy was a fraction of Happy Days ?
🤔
The same question from me about Penny Marshall as Laverne.
Is that Laverne from "Laverne & Shirley" ?
Happy Days actually had 3 spin offs:
1) Laverne and Shirley
2) Mork & Mindy
3) Joanie Loves Chachi
Yes. He defiled an otherwise mediocre show.
@@dshadow3173 actually there were 6...... Laverne & Shirley, Mork & Mindy, Joanie Loves Chachi, Fonz & the Happy Days gang (an animated show), Blanskey's Beauties, & Out of the Blue
Yes he did in 2 or 3 episodes. He as Mork encountered Fonzie when the Fonz was house sitting for them. On the phone he heard a strange noise and Mork was at the front door. Fonzie set Mork with LaVerne but as usual Mork acted childish and immature. On the Mork and Mindy he told Mindy about the 1950s when he first arrived.
The answer is yes, Mork got his start on, "Happy Days!" Same is true for Laverne & Shirley. I believe Fonzy dated Laverne and Richie dated Shirley in that episode. Look it up. I am sure you will find clips on RUclips.
Linda Purl...absolutely gorgeous💓👍!
Melvyn Cox Linda Purl looks like Kelly O'Donnell of NBC News.
Life is short...really really short :(
I could not have said it any better.
Al molinaro made it to 96, same as my Dad.
Yes is sad
iChimpKing yes, it is. Doesn't seem that way when we're young.
iChimpKing then what?.....
Can not stop Father Time
Do a video about the Addams family.
Cheryl Ladd looking hot to this day!
The more money you have, the easier it is to stay young looking and beautiful. I think cosmetic surgery takes away from, not enhances their looks. I finally understand what my mother used to say...a lot. Beauty is just skin deep, ugly is to the bone. Beauty will soon fade away, but ugly will hold it's own.
AKHWJ3ST. Heard this same comment many years ago... Truth...
As an avid TV viewer with only one in the house. Watching this show every Tuesday was a must. Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, Threes Company, it was a special lineup for us. Now looking back at 59, and losing my parent my sister, and watching our beloved childhood memories becoming a dim memory: I realize even more now that every second spend with family and friends is important. It didn’t seem so important or even special during these times, but looking back it was the best period of my life. Hearing my mom sing Rock around the clock, mic only I could hear her sing the theme to Happy Days just one more time. Thanks for the memories and Rest In Peace to all the actors who have gone to their rewards, and my beloved family. ⭐️
beautiful, God bless you @Jen...{ I am 56 , same era } I feel ya ! Merry Christmas !
Nicky Depaola thank you Nicky🙏 I tend to become emotional these days. God Bless you and Merry Christmas ⭐️
Sad for Erin Moran she was young
What's amazing is that she was on this popular program, then got her own spin-off with "Joanie loves Chachi," and still ended up in a trailer park.
@@bmxultra2333 .....yeah.......all those Hollywood pals kicking in to help her..........when they could get away from their computers and facebook so busy trashing the President !!!
I liked Erin Moran too. I think I'll go home and have a 34 and a 1/2. 🤭🇦🇺
Joan Prather looks nice for her age 69, what is she using on her skin? Have to be a younger photo. Are not, they are doing wonders with machines these days. Lol
Roz Kelly (Pinky) looks beautiful ❤😀
The video and especially intertwined with the music makes you understand just how grateful it is to be able to live each day of your life
Kirk Moore. Your off-the-wall comment broke me out into laughter. Thank you.
@Kirk Moore du bist kein American Native.

Robin williams was in two episodes. I never knew that. I actually stopped watching in 1977, literally the last episode i watched was when Fonzie "Jumped the shark" maybe wasnt so much Happy days, but a point in my life I lost interest in TV. I always thought it was ironic the last show for me was the jump the shark episode, the leather jacket on the water skis and the borrowing of the American grafitti concept by Ron howard did it.
I was a teenager then (well, 12 in '74), but similarly I gave up on this show after just 3-4 years I guess. I know I never saw the "Jump the shark" episode, but somebody started using that phrase as a catchphrase for "when TV shows go bad", or whatever--the plots start getting either stupid/lame or predictable/boring, or both. (And that's just the GOOD shows--the ones that weren't lame or stupid to begin with, which is 90% of them!) Anyway, I would never associate Robin Williams with Happy Days, and I thought Mork & Mindy was lame, but I thought Wiiliams himself was a funny guy. RIP
Robin Williams was in a few episodes of Happy Days then they gave hime his own show Mork & Mindy which was a spin off from Happy Days…….basically he was Mork in both shows (same character) for the slow people lol
I love this show but, when Ron Howard and Don Most left it was boring for me.
It was all over for me when Fonzie jumped the shark
Still missing Robin Williams.
He's irreplacable...
Daphne L McBride Same here
Marion Ross will be with us forever. Shes now Spongebob's Grandma.
A real wake up call to the frailties of life , I have watched many of these and still it creeps me out.. I think it is the music.
Tom Bosley was a great actor RIP
I loved Happy Days. I didn’t know so many have passed away. 😞
ok, you decide for that music. And that's on purpose to make me cry. And then what... Robin Williams!? Ok, I AM crying now, are you happy?
i agree God Bless you.
Now how's this for irony ?! "Happy Days " was a show with 50's nostalgia as its theme , and now we're all nostalgic about "Happy Days" !! But they were happy old days !
I could not have said that any better.....👍

All of these Then and Now videos really show how people can age quickly. Reminds me of that Star Trek episode called "Deadly Years" when the crew started to age rapidly and Kirk needed to retain his youth quickly so that his ship doesn't get destroyed by Romulans.
It is not ageing, it is life coming to an end
Amazing how most of them have aged so well..
I love how they do this in great taste. Cheers to the ones who do these videos.
Being 61 yrs old myself and have watched this show myself religiously it really puts in perspective how short life really is. Seems like yesterday we were young.
Sad that a lot of these cast members are no longer with us. sigh..............

@@Onegoodman68 So true....
If you put Ron Howard and his dad Rance next to each other both 64 years old you would be looking at twins, no good looking twins but twins. Too bad the boys, brother Clint, took after dad and not mom.

@Terry Jackson I did when I saw Mr.Miyuagi.

Damn.. real tear jerker this one... sooo many actors I grew up with passed away... R.I.P guys... and Thankyou!
I like the one where Ritchie is keeping an eye on Fonzie's girl for him, while he's away. And she lures him to Inspiration Point to make out. His resistance broke down, and I can't blame him. She was a babe!
Marion Ross is still working as I saw her in a Hallmark Christmas movie recently. Looks good for a lady her age.
Nicely done. Wow, this made me feel old!
As one said,.. Time goes by for all of us. How we use it is what determines how our lives progress or cease. I think sometimes I would rather just remember them all the way they were but again, we don’t control that so we just have to take life Day by Day. I still miss all of the ones that have left us as if it was just yesterday. I grew up watching these so much that it’s like they say, you watched it so much almost as if they were part of your Family. May sound stupid to some but that’s just how I see things. I will remember them just as I remember the 9-11 events. Yes, it was more catastrophic, but it still is someone taken from us and I just hope everyone understands what I mean.👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻

My heart goes out to Erin Moran...aka..."Joanie". She ended up losing her house because she couldn't find work. She was homeless until her mother in law took her in. She died of stage 4 cancer of the throat @ age 56. So sad! If I were one of those cast members, I would've helped her or at least took her in, during the time(s) she was homeless.
Maybe not acting work. But there is work she could have had.
@@poodee9395 ...Working at McDonalds on their pay scale wouldn't have helped her make the payments on her home. Not only that, I would imagine with stage 4 cancer, it didn't take long for it to overtake her & spread. Obviously, you have no sympathy at all for her. I just bet you kick folks in the mouth when they get down too, don't you. Yeah, it's GOT to be hard being you!!! 😠

*WITHOUT "RICHIE CUNNINGHAM" THERE WOULD BE...NO...."HAPPY DAYS" PERIOD!!
What's happening? Linda Purl played Ashley (Fonzie's girlfriend), NOT Gloria, and you forget Heather O'Roarke, who played her daughter Heather.
The daughter died
If you go back to the first couple seasons Linda Purl was a love interest of Richie's to ...
Gloria was the 1 that chewed gum and took it out when Ritchie and her would make out lol..I believe she was on 2 episodes years before she was Fonzies gf as a different character
I can’t believe how many of these women are still gorgeous! Roz Kelly, heck all the girls, Purl, she’s gorgeous. Prather is still amazing, even McCook turned out very nice. God bless Mr. Miyagi. And God love Marianne Ross. Cheryl Ladd was my secret crush when I was a kid. The memories are overwhelming. I’m just gonna quit talking now because I haven’t even gotten halfway through the cast Cindy Williams Penny Marshall Lenny and Squiggy still haven’t showed up, there’s too much history here. Good God, Potsie Weber turns 70 in September.
Nicely done wonderful show for sure great memories for reflection. However I guess nothing stands still we all move on in some way or another, we all age.So the message I think should be try enjoy the moment embrace each day Try each day to be better person than day before, try enjoy life. (Of course can be difficult, it depends what cards you were dealt to start but you have some how to try)
This was a great series
I watched this show from the first season to the last one and I enjoyed every one !
Happy Days. Happy Times.

Thanx guyz, for all the American Family memories. Those we’ve lost will be sadly missed. R.I.P. Oh, and the music rly pushed me into tears. Time, and getting old SUCKS!!
I love Happy days! Gosh im so sad right now. RIP to all that have left us.
I am a big fan of Happy Days as a little 70s kid back then. RIP Mr. C; Pat Morita as Al who played as Mr Miyagi on Karate Kid. Penny Marshall as LaVerne, Joannie aka Cupcake, Robin Williams as the 👽 Mork from Ork who played in 2 or 3 episodes. I love when Mork date is LaVerne wearing Richie clothes. Laurette Spang who played on Battlestar Galactica as Cassiopeia as Lieutenant Starbuck girlfriend.
Shortcake ,Not Cupcake.
I love the music for all of your shows. It really draws you in to really pay attention. And think about how old I am getting lol but really good appropriate for your then and now shows.
It's sad to see, time makes me depressed...
Why? Most of them look great! It’s not about appearance it’s about living.
HA HA HA HA THE ONLY WHAT MAKE YOU DEPRESSED IN THIS CAIN OF VIDEO IS THE SONG WE ALL GOT TO GET OLD SOON OR LATERJUST GO TO THE BAR AND GET DRUNK IN THAT'S THE WAY TO DO IT TO STAY HAPPY AND GO FOR
Don't feel sad or depressed life goes on! feel privileged that we are here still alive and kicking not like all the poor buggers who died young and needlessly. besides they all look great for their age. I feel sad that our happy years as kids have gone and the generation of todays kids like my kids will never get to enjoy those great times.
This music is so haunting and melancholy. Lots of channels use it. I never get tired of it.
RIP Joanie !!!!! Erin Moran
Suzi Quatro aka Leather Tuscadero I loved her on an episode of Mid Summer Murders, The Axe Man Cometh, as a drunken old rocker that is murdered on stage.
Pat Morita was hilarious as Arnold. I still laugh when I think of the immortal line he spoke when his pay toilet was broken, “Lookit all dis money!!! I must be only one that crawl unda” Rest In Peace “Pat”
also BLOWS MY MIND that Ralph Macchio is now the same age as Pat Morita was during filming of Karate Kid

I loved the show! I went to high school with Erin Moran and played basketball with Scott Baio😊
yeah right. you also made out with Fonzie and blew Potsie Weber
The Support I really don’t care if you believe me! These people go to school you know, it’s not like they are all home schooled. People do live and work in Hollywood and know stars, but why am I explaining this to someone who is ignorant? You can talk to yourself from now on!!
I used to smoke pot with Fonzie
So nostalgic!! Tear in my eyes, though I’m happy to still be here. Cool stuff! Subscribed!!
As we age, (I’m now 52), it is realistic that we get emotional and sad to recollect on this kind of media exposure! I feel sorry for people of the last decade+ who have had access to EVERYTHING NOW WHEN I WANT IT!!!. These folks will never know the definition. Of NOSTALGIA!! Sad!!
Linda Purl is as gorgeous as always.
Linda purl looks great!!!
Wow, out of all the Then and Now's I have seen, most of these people aged extremely well. Roz Kelly, Linda Purl and a couple others are still hot!!!! And this is not a dig to your video, she wasn't on very often, but you forgot Melinda Naud who played Paula Pierigo. Whom I consider one of the hottest stars of the 70's. :) And she's my friend, lol, so I was hoping to see her on here. But excellent video. It is so sad about Erin Moran.
As some people can't see the writing very well on the pictures can you print it a bit bigger please & maybe black. Not small & green . can't see that at all.
Getting old is so sad when you' where younger times seemed so much more fun
Michael Britton,
Getting older is sad in some respects.
Eventually, we won't get older and we pass on.
The sad part of passing on is that we don't get to spend time with or see the ones we love or do the things we like to do (possibly). (You never really know about the afterlife until you get there, I guess.
BUT!!! The great part of getting older is......you know so much more.
You have the opportunity to teach younger generations to avoid situations or mistakes you made. You may get to be a Grandparent or an Uncle or Aunt. You might have the opportunity to be an inspiration to one or many, many people.
It's difficult to be any of these things when your'e young, but with the wisdom & experience you gain from getting older, you have the chance to be so much more. To be something that everyone remembers and holds in high respect.
I miss my youth also, but I'm thankful for the experience I've gained and experiences I've gone through. I wouldn't be who I am, and neither would any of us, if we didn't "get old".
Much peace to you Sir!
TII
the best show that ever hit the screen.... marion ross still looks great
Sad what the years do to us.
Linda Purl got prettier the older she got
Marion Ross aged gracefully... beautiful.
roz Kelly was the hottest women on the show also she has aged the best by far.
Everybody in this show played a special role. Richie, Ralph and Potsie could always be talking about the chicks. While the Fonz would listen to them. Or if Pink or Leather were in, he would attend to them first and then with Richie and company. Then there's Howard and Marion Cunningham the folks of Richie and Joanie.
Then comes Chachi, who is a relative of the Fonzie, tries his very best to win Joanie's heart and at the last episode of Happy Days they get married.

Linda Purl is beautiful then and now my gosh!
