Katherine Heigl and Seth Rogen were perfect for Knocked Up. That was definitely a really funny movie. It's too bad that Katherine Heigl said that Knocked Up was the worst movie she was ever in. I honestly thought that she did great in that movie. Her acting was perfect for her role in that movie. It's too bad that her reputation went down the drain she is a very talented actress.
I could watch them Rehearse all day!!! Gosh I love them 😭 and I love that scene in that movie too lol
The chemistry and great writing in this movie. I love it. One of my favorites. Too bad Katherine hated it. She could have gone far in her career if she had accepted these roles.

Have you ever been in a relationship? Little things like that when you're always with the other person can totally end things. The fact that it wasn't something big like cheating show how good the writing was.
Plus, I know this comments old, but in the movie she's pregnant and that's kind of the whole thing about it, her being moody and changing so thats why little arguments like this breakout to a huge deal.

I'll be the minority in this, but I'm an older lady, Katherine's age actually, so I have some life experience & seniority with watching a deluge of TV and film. Comedy, like any artform is one's specific taste; one size/style doesn't fit all. I think Katherine was hysterical in that film & teaming up a classy career lady with a frumpy, immature loser(I'm talking the characters, not the real humans, so relax.) In my opinion, I don't understand how this group of actors, ironically most from "Freaks and Geeks", a funny sitcom that lasted only one season in 1999, are getting movies left & right. Seth Rogen, James Franco, and the "non F & G guy," Jonah Hill, are not funny in my opinion. But that's the media and critics for you. They create mountains out of mohills and regurgitate someone's words/opinions from decades back. They stir the pot. Go see and support the artists/entertainers you like. No one deserves to lose a career over some 3 second sound-bite.
The answer is actually very simple. Alot of those movies (with the jonah hills and james francos, etc.) are made under Seth Rogans production company and since he's pretty much the boss he can put his friends in his movies.

Acting certain scenarios comes easier when you have been in that actual situation. You got the blueprint now add either some dramatic, suspenseful, comical, or horrible elements and that good stuff.
