Hello again. To add to your commentary, I checked our medical institutions that deal with gastropaesis. We all see Emma performing, interviewing, walking through cemeteries plug into her portal pumps. But think about when she goes to bed and has to be careful not to tear her tubes out or lay on them. Daily the area the tubes enter her stomach has to be cleaned, and every so often they need to pull the mechanism out of her stomach and replace it. Painful process. And Emma does post once in a while about having a bad day or week emotionally or physically. I am sure there is more she deals with daily and I wish there were something I could do for her. I truly love her as any grandfather would want to do for there granddaughter. Thank you as always for your reactions and comments.

Hi nice reaction. This beautifull venue is in Amsterdam on the river Amstel, from which Amsterdam is named (Dam in the Amstel).
It is a yearly concert on the fifth of may, which is liberation day in the Netherlands.
Keep on following Emma, she is amazing and sings many different songs .

Emma has a song of her own called "Laat mij een vlinder zijn", (Let me be a butterfly) It was written for her by Tjeerd Oosterhuis, a well know Dutch singer/songwriter/producer. In that song she expresses her longing to be free, like other people.

Another epic performance by Emma, and this time with an equally impressive friend, April Darby.
I'm not going to try to compare this performance to'Voila' or 'Hallelujah', I'll just say that 'epic' is becoming the norm where Emma is concerned.
There is a reason she is invited to perform at these kinds of events.
She is absolutely authentic, as an artist and as a human being. When you ask Emma to perform, you can be certain you are going to get 100%, and that she is going to enhance and make memorable whatever the occasion may be.
Every adjective I can think of to describe Emma is inadequate. There are no words.

You are so right. Emma told in an interview: 'When I am on stage I feel free because those are the moments I can move without any limitations'. They have to plan it because there are only 2 hours a day that she can be unplugged. And now Emma is on Tour with André Rieu and his orchestra, follows education on-line at the World-school. Her mother is always nearby for support and in case Emma needs some extra care. And it all says a lot about André Rieu as a human being: he wants Emma to live her dream this year and is doing what he can to do just that. In the Netherlands you have to go to school till you are 18 and there are very strict rules for children who wants to work/perform, so it amazes me that they have found a legal way for Emma to live her dream. And yes she often is tired (to say the least). I think in this video you can really see how fragile she is. Take into account that this is a 16 year old teenager. So yes: we all should count our blessings, day after day. Especially when we are free, healthy and living in peace.
The copple you see at the end in the public are King Willem Alexander and Queen Máxima. After the show the roals met the artists an Máxima said to Emma: "My daughters are jealous that I may meet you". 😃
To add to my earlier comment where I mentioned a performance by Emma on 14th May, this is now newly available on YT and is a professional quality video. I consider to be on a par with 'Voila' and took place in a military chapel in Grebbeberg. Emma sang 'You Raise Me Up', performed with the Royal Military Orchestra. Emma is such a beautiful person. There are two different performances of this song by Angelina that are waiting on your list. I hope that you will react to both of them. I think you will like how she brings as much emotion with simple performances.

Emma was given a present by Pierre Rieu on her 16th birthday of a large painting of herself and Andre in the Disney Princess style.
@@RogerClutton Hi Roger. Emma has posted a series of animated pictures of herself on a certain social media platform. At least one of them, I seem to recall, did depict Maestro Rieu. Is that the one you are referring to?

@@exeter1588 Yes, these are the ones; the main ones being with Emma in her black 'Voila' dress, but others are of her in the pink 'Ministars' outfit. The large painting presented by Pierre is shown on Emma's Instagram at her birthday party they had for her back on The Netherlands.
