    Before watching the video ending!
    I placed 1000 m2 for Verizon/data center,high grade BEMBE(Germany) in Amsterdam!
    It is soft.
Expensive when selected without Young wood.
My Cat destroyed the leftover I placed in the hallway in no time, taking. His corners.
    Kind regards,

Sometimes we do, but normally we would use sealer.

Awesome videos and explanations. Do you have any experience with cheaper hardwood flooring from big box stores? Thinking of replacing the flooring at my house and can get some Bruce Frisco Saddle Oak 3-1/4 from Lowe’s for about $1.60/sqft from a wholesaler which seems insanely cheap. What do you think about that?

why refinish the floor if you can just get new wood floors

The cost factor of new hardwood greatly eclipses the cost of just a refinish.

To replace these floors would probably cost upwards of $70,000! So it's a lot more cost effective to refinish these floors rather than replace them.
