WEEKEND WOGAN 10th ANNIVERSARY SERIES - Show 26/35
12.04pm, live on BBC Radio 2 on Sunday, 17 October 2010… my favourite Genesis song, 'That’s All'.
This song that was a staple of my set in the 90s during my ‘Piano Bar’ years in Norway and my solo, pub/restaurant gigs in London. Genesis wrote it as a pop song and I love that original record so much. However, for my version, I wanted to bring a little more Rhythm & Blues to it by changing a few chords here and there and adding horns.
Apart from the London Palladium show on 3 October 2010, no video footage exists of 'Weekend Wogan' in October and November 2010. The BBC would bring back the TV cameras for the last three shows of the year in December. Thankfully we do have Hayley Madden’s precious photographs. ❤️
P.S. The "and a singer" Terry is referring to at the end is Chloe Buswell, whose voice it is you hear in the bridge sections. Nice one Chloe . 😁x
