Life-saving bleed kits

A grandmother is raising money to fund life-saving first aid kits. Julie Taylor, whose teenage grandson was stabbed to death in January 2020, is teaching others how to use them. The latest bleed control unit has been installed outside a pub in Hornchurch.

One thing that has been proven for centuries to be effective in preventing stabbings and crime in general, is to publicly hang in the town square anybody found guilty of stabbing somebody else.
That is how the Speakers Corner was being used in the old days.
