Johnny Quick knew that even IF he survived, the speedforce would be divided between him and Flash and they would both be weakened and Johnny also knew that Flash has way more potential than he does, so he decided to sacrifice himself. Also, Johnny Quick was not a good guy, he did many terrible things along with the rest of the CRIME Syndicate. The way I see it he not only knew that the Speed Force would be divided between the two of them, but also that he didn´t deserve to live after all the unforgivable things he did.

Edit: I say this because Ultraman is the Earth 3 evil mirror to Earth 1 and Earth 2 Superman, and Earth 2 Superman - who’s strength is only greater because he’s older - tanked a universe’s worth of anti-matter to the face and punched the Anti-monitor so hard it retconned the multiverse. Clark of Earths 1,2,&3 are all just as powerful as the other when they have the same experience. If he knew what it was, snorted enough GK, and put his mind to it, Ultraman woulda broken the anti-matter wave. Also holy shit, that’s a lotta likes.
He still would've died in the process though. Even if he generated enough force to stop it from moving forward, no amount of force can stop matter and antimatter from annihilating each other (unless it's applied at the subatomic scale, but that certainly won't be accomplished by punching it kryptonite or not)

I’m so glad the edits for this movie exist. If you’ve seen the movie (Crisis on Infinite Earths) you know that the dialogue is so slow it takes forever for anybody to say anything
The thing isn't just erasing the planet its erasinf the entire universe. He can fly away but he'll run out of places to go since he was not able to get out of his universe and even if he has a way this Ultraman doesn't want to leave his own universe anyway.
With what time? Planet's collapsing you're looking at weeks of if not months worth of research and build time. Ain't no way Owlman is pulling that off in less than ten minutes.
