I feel like AMD suit mini PC's better due to the performance being higher during low power situations / < 65w scenario . Also the iGPU is miles better than Intel's and way more optimised in many games , you can easily play Forza in medium or high settings 1080p
So true. They should review the RDNA3 graphics one with 7940Hs. It can match entry level desktop GPUs.

Please test battery test 60hz against 120hz and dark theme against white. It would be interesting to see if there any difference today with the new screens.
Looks nice, but I am a bit disappointed that you did not show/check heating and noise from this thing. Would be really interesting to compare to other PC, laptops, Mac.
This IT13 i9 easily has the LOUDEST fan you will come across. It never shuts up, it's like constant white noise. It went back.
The one (IT13, i9, 32 GB) I bought is very slow, and the noise is significantly noticeable while using multiple web pages.
@@isaboor8270 Yes this model is a very LOUD dud. Send it back if you can. The IT11 i7 is good. The IT12 range apparently has the same LOUD fan issues from what I've read?
hope they make theese design and size for ext gpu also, not big chungky like current ext gpu, then use tb 5 next time

I got this for my wife over a year ago. This thing runs better than my Steam Deck.
I'm looking for a mini PC that can be a media player, serving the UHD LG TV in my lounge. The media would be UHD HEVC (H265) 10 bit colour depth at 50 frames per second. I understand that HDMI 2.0 can just about cope with this throughput, so the real question is whether the graphics on this little beast can cope. If it can, then this is a real contender to satisfy my needs.

Could I connect an apple studio display to this as it needs a thunderbolt so I can use the screen, mic and webcame thats integrated?
Your review is really welcoming. I hope it's true with the Mini IT13, i9 I bought. I have been using IT13-i9 for about less than 2 weeks for web surfing and EMR. No games and or extra software installed. I am unsure if mine is defective, But the computer is very slow. When I ran the speedometer test, it crushed most of the time, and other times it gave low scores. I am in contact with Geekom customer service, and they telling me to "..computer has used too much memory so it can't continue to load web pages. You can try to check the memory usage in Task Manager and close the program that is using too much memory or restart your computer to free up the memory. If the problem still persists, you can try using some software to detect and clean junk files and cache in your system to optimize your computer performance." I RESET the computer, still all the problem persists.
Would this be a good option to run something like blender or z brush.
HOw it run Photoshop/Lr? My 2018 gaming laptop i7 is getting super hot and slowing down it performance,...and this could be my choice!. And can you plug a Samsung 870 QVO 8tb on a drive enclosure?
With egpu that is very small build and that's very handy. Can try to modify case to add full tower cooler to cpu😅

I literally have watched countless videos trying to understand what runs on a mini pc I just purchased. The one I bought is an Intel core i9 11900H 8c/16t 16g 512ssd. Can this run Beamng Drive(I know this game is older) and other games that are newer and are soon to come out?

linus did a review on this or different brand that they used i9 and it performed so bad because the bios limits the cpu so much you would be lacking alot and getting a i7 would give you more performance lol

It didn’t really get that hot, even under load. The TDP limits keep it running cool for the most part.

That i9 is barely more powerfull than my ryzen 7 5700h lol. 10 500 pt on cinebench r23.... at 45w

Is it true as many people say that this i9 has an incredibly loud fan that rarely turns off?
No, it's only noisy when running large software for long periods of time, office work is quiet
@@GEEKOMPC Well as I bought one, IT13 i9, I know what they are complaining about. This computer is easily the noisiest computer I ever owned. The fan never turns off and it is LOUD under any condition. For reasons unknown you can not go into the BIOS to adjust it as GEEKOM have configured WIN 11 to not have access to the UEFI tab. The whole situation is bizarre?
@@Neil-Aspinall Wow, that's shocking. I thought one was able to enter the BIOS with the esc key? I've read some Amazon reviews where people did adjust their fan settings in the BIOS, after contacting customer support. Although maybe that might have been another version? I would try to reach out to customer support. I've read that customer support was good and helped people accomplish this (again from Amazon reviews).
Although it concerns me that people like you, that have recently purchased one; are still experiencing loud fan noise. You would have figured that they would have addressed this and fixed that before leaving their factory. Being they've had a history of, louder than usual fan noise. Which in turn, shy's me away from purchasing one. Everything else looks/seems pretty good [?]
@@BumpNrun69 Mmmm good luck with 'customer support' all they ever did is give me the run around and refused to answer a straight question. On my version of WIN 11 there was no tab for the UEFI BIOS selection. Believe me I watched many tutorials about the subject (no thanks to GEEKOM) and strangely all the WIN11 settings were unlike mine due to GEEKOM's initial set up I presume? I think they don't want you playing with the fan settings due to the fact that if you were able to run the computer in a quiet mode if would simply over heat and freeze etc? When it vcame to getting the money back that was quite the procedure. To be honest though I earlier in the year (2023) bought their IT11 i7 and the fan is significantly quieter and so far a pretty good computer but...... Two strange things happen with it, although you can turn the spell checker on you can only get the pre emptive checker to work. The normal spell checker that shows you after what you've spelt wrong does not work ( I have tried many combinations of the settings to make it work but nothing except as mentioned) 2. If you watch a few RUclips vids in a row the video and audio looses sync. The only way to fix it is to refresh the page. I can put up with these problems as for the money you get a lot of computer in a small package. Good luck but I'd go IT11 not IT13. (Tech reviewers have said the i9 versions are no faster anyway in real life)
I bought the i7 and even after a bios update the fan is always running even when the system is idle. It's not horrible noisy but I don't expect a fan to need to run all the time. Trying to work out what to do next. Will the i5 be better or should I switch to a Ryzen?

iI bought one a couple of days ago, and it constanbtlky crashes and tries to repair its self, taking sometimes hours (if your lucky) to do so. Basically all you get is a black screen. . I have lost over £700 on this. Its a disaster. I can't recommend it.

I've had this computer and the IT11 i7. To be honest I would stick with the IT11 series as they have a MUCH quieter fan. The IT13 is unbelievably LOUD. Also the difference in power is nominal.
Nobody wants an i9 when an M2 with ARM architecture is still better.
I9 crushes M2 in raw performance fool. And don't forget that M2 can't game, has zero upgradeability and still costs more money.
The only think better about will be the video editing and coding performance.

Every 13th/14th gen i9 is gonna crush the M2, even the maxed out M2 Max in raw CPU performance.
Apple takes the lead in performance per watt energy drawn, not in the raw performance department, that goes to i9. For iGPUs apple takes the lead and trades blow with any AMD iGPUs.
