Hi, is it possible to have the Google map component with the default UI controls disabled (The zoom control displays "+" and "-" buttons?) I checked with custom JSON but don't think it's possible.
What are you trying to do? Prevent a user from moving the map? Like they'll only see a static image?
@@erikgoins Thank you for your reply. I am just trying to remove the zoom control buttons that are on the right bottom. User will still be able to zoom in or out. It's a dynamic map with multiples markers.

I was trying to send the driver information to the client who requested the race or the order, but when the client is on the screen that the driver information was supposed to appear, it seems that it is not possible to make a 1 to 1 ratio. with the information of other drivers appearing that has nothing to do with the current order, I would like it to be a 1 to 1 ratio between the driver and the user who requested the race or the order. How do I do this?
Im not sure how your collections are set up, but for each ride there should be one user and one driver. Once the driver is added, it should be easy to send the driver's information to the user. Double check you didnt set it up as many to many or many drivers to one trip, etc.
Is it possible to create an application in Adalo that will give real-time data about the user's location?
Yes, adalo just released GPS / real time location!
Can you add multiple businesses on the app in your course if so does it include how each business will be paid out?
Yep. It covers how the businesses join, get set up, and are managed.

How do I create a driver and Admin app to link to the client app
You can use the same application but have different routing based on the user role type.
Is it possible to connect the orders to a printer to be printed once accepted?

Hi Alex, yes. You can have the notification go directly to the users related to the business!

Ok. But if I make this relationship, will there be no problem in logistics? For example, in the application there will be 10 bookstore companies. In other words, 10 bookstore companies will register on the application for companies. And in the main app, la tera has bookstore stores for customers to browse. How am I going to make sure that when the user clicks to make a purchase at store A this notification is not sent to store B?
@@alexreis8120 you can add filters to the notifications to ensure you're only sending it to the relevant users.

Nope! developer mode is only for creating custom components.

Adalo seems nice, BUT lack on the DELIVERY part! This is NOT complete tutorial at all. We're expecting a full uber eats clone from sign up, to fully function delivery system that able for rider/driver to pickup food and send to customers. Can you make it??
Correct, this is just the high level overview. The full course is on knodalo.com. In short, Adalo can do all of that. The only thing it can't do is live GPS, but there are work arounds for this.

Not yet, that feature is under development on Adalo's side.

There's a process for drivers to see available orders, they can "accept" an order, then it enters their queue

Can you build a ride share app with Adalo
Kind of... Yes, you can. GPS isn't available yet though, so a tad difficult on the logistics. You need to rely on users entering an address until that becomes available.

@@nolimitluke5191 We certainly could add it! Disclaimer that Adalo doesnt have native GPS yet. So we could add it now, but it would probably make sense to wait for that to be released. In the meantime, I think if you watched this, you could figure it out plus the Google Matrix API video we posted (longer version in the course).

@@nolimitluke5191 I'd still use adalo. I'd start with the Google maps matrix API for v1, then roll out gps later.
You might not (really) need goes as the pickup and deliveries aren't based on the users location
Although this is a good course for very low level beginners on Adalo, it is misleading. I would be hesitant to trust what Erik has to say. He has uploaded a few videos regarding "his" work, which are the templates for Adalo, that are purely overviews of functionality and not analysis of logic as well. Further, I would guess that the +Sinakhone person is most likely Erik praising himself. If something is good it doesn't need self praise. Just thought I would recommend not watching his work and instead learn directly from Adalo.
Hi Daniel - you know these videos aren't the course, right? In the course, we built this app from scratch over 14 videos. This video is an overview of that, so absolutely right it doesn't cover logic - the detailed videos are for the course.
As for sinakhone, definitely not me 😂. I don't have hair, but thanks for the thought!
