Awesome tutorial. Question. What are the main differences between painting with colour layers vs applying colour directly? And does it make it easier for production purposes? like if a change in mood or lightning is needed, does it make it easier?
It keeps the painting more organised - each layer has it's own propose. The next thing is that you can change separate things in the illustration, without ruining the rest. And it gives you more control and precision. 👍
