7:45; I'm guessing they counted it because, even though it's spelled wrong (de Gaulle), it's only considered wrong if the pronunciation is changed because of the spelling.
If you're going to do Celebrity Jeopardy from this era, how about that time Kareem Abdul-Jabbar cleaned house in 1997?
His episode that year had a really bizarre and poorly-worded clue involving Denmark, which became a rare occasion of TWO players getting credit for correct responses.
LeVar Burton was great as a celebrity contestant. I see why the producers gave him a shot as guest host. He wasn't the worst guest host, but he wasn't the best either.
I recognize two of the celebrities playing in this. We already know LeVar Burton is. The woman in the middle is Melody Thomas-Scott from the daytime soap "The Young & the Restless". Who's the other celebrity in this?
Dan Jansen, who won Gold at the Lillehammer Winter Olympics in the 1000 meter speed skating. In fact, he had quite a journey to get to that Gold Medal. At his first Olympics in Sarajevo, he finished 4th at the 500 and 16th at the 1000. Then, four years later in Calgary, he DNF'd both of his races, and even worse, he lost his sister to leukemia on the day of the 500. In Albertville, despite holding the World Record in the 500, he finished two-tenths behind a medal, while he finished 26th in the 1000. And despite finishing 8th in the 500 in Lillehammer, he finally got his Gold in the 1000.
