The "Cantablie" with piano accompaniment is lovely, as is the version with guitar accompaniment. I would love to hear this piece with theorbo as the second instrument, since its tone is so much richer and sonorous than the guitar or piano (IMO).
play with a naked shoulder, or use some kind of leathery/rough cloth to hold it. This is how they held it the old fashion way which is why the shoulderrest has been invented. Esther never plays without naked shoulder otherwise the violin would just slip off her shoulder like what happens to most people
