Am not a Falcon's fan but this was sad too watch. Great club with a huge tradition being torn apart 😔Can't take anything away from Bristol, they just played what was infront of them and they were class. Promotion and relegation needs to return.

I thought Bristol might struggle to play this sort of rugby when Radrada and Pietau moved away. But the last few games show that their attacking flair is just as good as before. Specially effective on a firm pitch with the sun shining brightly.

A weak Newcastle side today can't hide how good this Bristol side can be - superb in attack.

Falcons really need to go down a divison. They need to hurry up and implement this 2 tiered premiership.

@breamoreboy Saw a podcast where Genge said he couldn't even enjoy the win because it's so bad for the sport to have games like that.

Randall always makes good decisions in open play and loves himself a quick tap. Mitchell JVP and Randall for no.9

Bristol should be penalised 30 pts per game for allowing Van Rensburg to play with that Victorian era Mullet.

Bristol played well, but if you give teams that much time and space, they'll carve you apart. Newcastle is a poor old side. To be fair to the Falcons, they are run on a shoe string budget. I want Bristol to finish in the top 4. As a Saints fan, we owe them one.

increase the premiership to 12 teams to generate more interest and new teams up from the championship and/or re-introduce promotion/relegation. Newcastle's season is really ugly to see

The owner basically turned off the money tap once promotion and relegation was confirmed not to be back for 3 years. Trying to do it through home grown young talent but the quality just isn't there in sufficient numbers to build a competitive Premiership team.

@@jackharrison5695 Personally I think they are gambling on lots of young players coming to newcastle in order to play in the prem and be in the shop window. the trouble is, the money abroad pulls enough english talent away that academy products are coming through in most premiership clubs and a "feeder club" like newcastle simply isn't needed. I get the thinking, but it's still wrong!

The Newcastle Falcons rugby union team as well as the Newcastle Thunder rugby league team are beyond embarrassing, beyond pathetic and do not deserve to play both codes of rugby on any level at this moment because they are hopeless. 😂

Games as one-sided as that one aren't particularly entertaining, but well done to Bristol for taking advantage of poor opposition. There were no credits, but that sounded like Greenhalgh - the worst rugby commentator ever. I'm really glad that before this I hadn't heard his smug, boring, nasal drivel for a few months now, and I hope I don't hear it ever again.
