Bloodborne Saw Cleaver cosplay prop build

Hope you guys enjoy the process of my Bloodborne Saw Cleaver. Al though I am thrilled with the end result, I am having issues with the locking mechanism. The little pin that holds the saw blade in place tends to snap when transforming the blade due to the blade being so heavy. Hopefully I can find a stronger matterial to replace it but for now I use as much glue as possible to make it stronber lol.

Do you by chance have a template for the blade and handle? or measurements? The size is perfect, but a little hard to gauge off of the video.

Technicolor Beast the mechanism is a simple lock , it has a trigger on the top of the handle and two etches on open side and a closed. You yank the trigger and the blade locks

Technicolor Beast it's made of Eva foam an some kind of melting plastic
