You are impossibly adorable - and perhaps more importantly, a very talented drummer and teacher. Love you're videos and share them with my students often ;)
Great UNBOXING. searching for review….., I’m sure I’ll find it BTW, you are absolutely lovely. You’re easily my new favorite channel. And I’ve been playing drums for 30 years 🤣🤓
I'm thinking the question about 'slurs' and dots might be asking about ties and dotted notes? In which case the answer is that a note with a dot after it is one and half length - so a dotted quarter note (crotchet) is the length of three eighth notes. And ties just indicate one note but its shown as two notes tied together - because the note goes across a bar line or it's clearer to show where beats are. Easier to look at an example of sheet music compared with a grid than to describe in words!
love the content keep up the great work. could you recommend a good (cheapish) kit for me i have been playing for a bout 5/6 years and my kit is not great so i have been using an ekit mostly. I would also love to start a band any tips on where to start and how to find people who would want to join?(there are not many in oxfordsire from what i can see)
I definitely appreciate the size of the ride symbol and the high hat. I’m just curious as to why they don’t include a crash as opposed to a splash. I’m assuming the brain can adjust the sound of the splash. But that just seems silly to me.
That screw that’s mentioned in your video. That’s attached to the cup that holds the metal washer. It’s called a tilt screw. Which allows you to slope your high hats towards you. For most drummers, 90% of the time it is at the 10 o’clock position. Which is the most common angle for your high hats to slope towards you. The reason for the sloping is so that you don’t chew up your drum sticks, (that’s one reason) depending on how you play. There’s a tendency to use it more in jazz drumming. I hope this helps. By the way, I have been playing drums for a little over 50 years now. And I mostly teach at college level. And I’m always trying to find something new and innovative to turn my students onto. And, you are absolutely fantastic. We were sad to miss you at the NAMM show, but keep it going girlfriend. My students and I will be watching.😊
A note on the "Are you single?" query. I'm guessing you're taking a page from Lil's playbook in Coyote Ugly. You're appearing available but never being available. Which is why you may bring a beau to the club, you'll never bring them on the channel (that we'll ever know about).

It doesn't matter what questions are asked, but it matters who answers
