I've been with a UK clinic for 6 months now. £150 initial consultation, then £75 for each follow up appointment (4 are required in the first year). Then no prescription charge each month, just pay for your bud. The cheapest bud is around £5/g but the best quality stuff is £8-£10/g.
There's sometimes supply issues, where certain strains arent available but this is something all UK clinics are experiencing due to the increasing number of people using medicinal cannabis and the difficulties importers face shipping to the UK.
The weed is trash the stardawg I get for 160 a z miles better

@aintnoplum 🤣 I guess you can't get soughdough farm gas mango kush, ect, and a good range of cookies strain 😋 29/32 THC with flavor to match. We have about 50 strains to choose from and oils you are still smoking stardawg 🤣.
Don't kid yourself, the weed is average and a straight up rip off, just because It's legal that way doesn't make it more beneficial to the end user all your getting Is ripped off. The supply is constantly out of stock and they have to import it most of the time which Is taking too long. In my opinion this model of medical cannabis shouldn't be followed.
THC does NOT fix my undiagnosed recently realised high functioning ADHD, but it does slow my thoughts down enough to be able to manage my day to day work/home life just enough to appear 'normal'.
Currently takes 3 years for ADHD assessment through the NHS, and Ive got 2.5 years to wait. Im 40. Honestly dont know how I would've got to where I am without cannabis daily.

lol why dont you do something about it? i called my gp directly, emailed, chased them and was done in 4 hours. all about how much you want it and how much you are willing to try and speed up the process. And this goes across the whole process.. aka chasing up private clinic for docs to be reviewed quicker, apps, pharmas for flower to be posted
So you paid £150 then £300 over 4 months to then have to pay for the bud as well? Lets say you wanted 2oz for the month thats around £500+. Thats alot
I gave up with It, It's a straight up rip off. For the amount I need It's really like £300-£400 and they cant deliver It on time or guarantee It's in stock meaning you have to get more cannabis on top of your already expensive prescription. It's a shambles and a disappointment@@Cosmic-Wanderer

Thank you for this info i had no idea we could do anything like this. Ive been telling mt mental health services for years that thier meds dont work and ive been on a heck of alot over the years the only thing i can eat and stops my voices/bad thoughts and helps sleep kkeps me functional is weed but they will not hear me. I think this be very helpful. My Dr probably wont help me though. Could you send me some links please.

Flavour is 💯 percent important I believe in my case it’s due to needing frequent changes because I’m my hdhd smoking the same bit over long periods is not a good idea for most I would imagine could anyone give me any advice I’m with sapphire now called curaleaf I need to change to Mamedica or another clinic that is flexible example I’m currently prescribed la Kush cake to chemically for me other one is some sherbert strain rubbish I asked to change to forbidden fruits that I know works and wanted to give moroccan peaches a go they responded pay for a consultation and you MAY be able to change it happy with my allowance of 60gs pm but where I don’t like what I’m prescribed I order like 1 10g pot pm and source my bud locally anyone no if it’s simple to change to another clinic and costs involved
You need to have been on 2 to 3 full courses of GP meds fpr the same condition with printed proff from your gp before they will accept you. As you know, each course is at least 6 months, so u need at least a year of meds from gp to qualify.
Surgery and physio count too

Therapy and counseling can also count 👍 You don't need to be on meds for 6 months also, I was on meds for less than a week, they really didn't agree with me
@hateus420 when you first take antidepressants you feel twice as worse thats why it's recommended to stay on them to they get in your system and start working this can be 4 to 6 weeks. After that it can be determined if they are right for you. It's the same with cannabis this is why they console with you every few months to see how the cannabis is effecting you and if it's right for you.
@@SubtraxionStudio Hey dude, I am a medical user (Mamedica). Twice as worse yeah I get, but I was way worse than that. Some people don't get along with tablets at all and they can't stay on them because they will not gain any weight or be able to leave the toilet at all 😂 I was very sick within 24hrs and yes I know you should ride it out, but my body was seriously poisoned, I was constantly sick and I destroyed my stomach and I was off work for ages because of it. My doctor told me to stop straight away and try a different medication, because of this I was put on an old style medication which had no big side effects, some brain zaps a bit of an upset stomach but in the end it did nothing for me. It actually gives people like me more of a reason to have something more natural, I have never got along with medications and always had side effects, I'm fit and healthy but my body doesn't like meds 😂

I just grow me own.
I only ever have two plants on the go at once, so if I’m caught it’s not a big deal.
Tried prescribe stuff from a clinic (for anxiety and IBS), but the stuff I grow is way better and a LOT cheaper.
Yeah I would grow a couple of plants myself but I've been to prison for a grow.
You can do up to 9 for personal bud. Check CPS sentencing guidelines !

“Auto flowering” seeds mate.
Setup isn’t that costly if you’re just doing a couple of plants.
Auto flowering seeds are the easiest to grow.
@Acheron666 alot of people think weed is expensive to grow even for a bit of it. ive grown a big yeilding plant just under a $5 reptile heat lamp lol. im currently breeding my own strains to "weed" out the side effects i dont like. also had police round my house for something unrelated to weed, but they saw my grow (2 plants) and the one said "do you know i'd have to spend half the day tomorrow writing those plants up ... lucky they're just tomatoes isn't it" it was so obvious it was weed lol.
