How do you do a title search in the state of Georgia? Like most states, in Georgia, the process of running a title search is by first locating the county and the county seat for city where the property is located. For example, if you're in Alpharetta Georgia, you might be in Milton county, or if you live in Gainesville, you'd be in Hall county.
