Hey! I’m glad your back! This place just hasn’t been the same without you. Geo nodes definitely seem to be the way to go, as that’s what most tutorials are following lately. Blender is a tight knit community, as you know. We are, and will always be, happy to help when help is needed.
Just saw this but glad you're back. I love the style in your work. I'll support any way I can. I'm still learning blender but your tutorials have been a huge help and source of inspiration. Keep at it
Big happy face! I found your channel a few years ago when looking at hair simulations. You helped me so much! So excited to see what you can teach us next.
Thank you so much for being such a great mentor towards blender. I so enjoy your instructing and insight as well as your sunny disposition and relaxing voice
Loved your older tutorial content, and would love to see more of it! Both simulations + geo nodes, and all other Blender and CG content. Frankly, I could not care less about NFTs, or the NFT-aspect of those projects (the actual technical/artistic aspect of those art pieces, sure.) NFT aren't really about art as much as financializing hype with cultish rhetoric (using the art as a proxy), and I don't like what they're doing to the digital art community. They accelerate the race-to-the-bottom "celebrity artist" culture and will only end up sustainably supporting those artists with the biggest audiences and most wealthy collectors (and I use "sustainably" very loosely - the NFT market already looked weak for indie artists, and it's not getting any stronger for the bottom 99%, just like all other "revolutions" in art.)
Sounds like you aren't involved in the NFT community. Plenty of "indie" artists are making a living through selling 1/1 NFTs. Myself and many friends of mine included.
@@thomasmoore515 Care to share some links to your NFTs then? I hear a lot of artists say stuff like that, when in reality they've only sold a few pieces, if any. "Making a living" with NFTs already seems like a pipe dream for the vast majority of artists, NFTs do nothing to solve the exposure problem.
@@thomasmoore515 + I know plenty of artists who've tried to push their NFTs for over a year now with excellent work, yet still struggle to get a single sale. With only tens of thousands of active buyers willing to spend more than a couple hundred on a single piece (and smaller NFT platforms bringing even smaller profits and volume), there is no way this market sustains anyone full-time except a small handful of artists with the highest reach. Aria even has a tweet explaining how her NFT sales have been so slow she can't justify going to the NFT conference in NYC she was interested in, and we both know her work is excellent.
Every channel shows us how to do something trivial but i think it would be helpful if you Aria showed us some motion design things. I saw many people doing animations just by animating cameras or objects i mean 0 motion. And some people working on blender thay do really hard things like midge sinnaeve (mantissa) yes geo nodes are fun but i personally think that it is for now a little bit weak without physics. So i am waiting it. Please show us blenders powerful things.. thank you
We help you support your work and also another VFX artist who is interested in simulations we recommend those people to your channel. Your topics are very interesting, Amazing Superb Love form Pakistan
It's all about the target audience. Now thanks to this video, you probably get ignored by the youtube's algo since now nfts are the #1 hated thing in the world. It's been discussed to ban here in the UK...
@@AriaFaithJones oh ok, that's kool. Would it be something you'd be interested in discussing or looking into again. I hope you don't mind, I messaged you on your Instagram with a little idea of what we are looking to do. And a link to our RUclips channel to give you an idea of who we are and what we do.
Good to see you back on youtube
Yeah, you're back 🔥🔥🔥
