I don't think the OEM rubber front fork protectors are ugly. I like them. They perform a good function of keeping dirt away from the front fork seals and gives the bike a street fighter look IMHO. I prefer the OEM rubber front fork covers to the ones you added with the zip-ties. To each his own.
You probably dont give a shit but does someone know of a way to log back into an instagram account?? I was stupid forgot my login password. I would love any tips you can offer me.
@Anthony Edison thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site on google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Just found this video. Awesome bike man! looks sharp. Great idea on those wraps. Thanks for sharing the mods with us. I know there is gonna be a lot of copy cats on this one. How hard was it to do that air screw mod? Looks pretty simple. Thx
Thanks! I bought a piece of wrap vinyl off eBay, then measured tubes, cut the vinyl, then wrapped it. Had a sign shop cut the suzuki logo. For screw, you should b able to loosen carb clamps, twist carb enough to drill an 1/8” hole in brass plug(go slow & easy) thread a drywall/sheet metal screw into brass , then wiggle it out. Then you can adjust existing screw or replace it with easy adjuster.
Www.sealsavers.com for neoprene covers, the vinyl , I just measured length & circumference then had pieces cut a sign shop, , Suzuki decals from www.rockymountainatvmc.com, they have sealsavers there also.
Do you think it’s a better idea to convert a drz 400sm to drz 400s? I’d have the bigger brakes and the upside down forks. I could convert the wheels depending on what I was up to that month
It would definitely be a plus to have the better forks, the large rotor provides better braking , but could be more prone to damage if ridden hard off road. Although damage would be rare occurrence. Thanks for watching & commenting!
well thats half true. in PA technically if it came with 2 mirrors it should have 2 mirrors but id pass it at my shop - then again ill pass almost any dualsport within reason
Correct. I have 3 local dealers in town, they’re pretty good about it, they never even mention it. They do throw a fit if you have the factory chain guard off though! Thanks for watching
@@kcoutside7143 I actually found something pretty similar to that one I ordered it. Same thing. 2014 going from black to white and your set up looks really good man. Almost to clean to take off road.
Nice bike but I also like black much better than white. Personal opinion of course.
Fucking love this. I'm going to try a replicate it. Wish you posted links from where you bought everything.

I agree, the OEM rubber front fork protectors are ugly. The new covers you added are great looking. Really nice looking mods.
Thank you! Thanks for checking it out!
Great looking bike man! Black rims will give a more aggressive look to it
Black rims would be sweet! Thanks for watching!
Very nice! Thanks for sharing. Great bike, great work. You said ahhh a lot. Lol.

Do you have a link or brand name for the vinyl covering on the fork legs and the neoprene slider covers?

Nice work! Do you know if the 2014 yz250f front fender fit with the your modifications fit a 2016 drz?
You will have to drill/enlarge holes on the YZ fender to fit it on DRZ. I’ve used them before.

Whick handle bar is that? On rocky mountain there are two different tusk chub big bar.
It is the KTM bend.
Very nice. 👍
Louie Watson thanks!
Can you off road with the 15 tooth sprocket?
Yes, on slow technical trails you will have to use the clutch a bit, but in flowing ATV type trails it fine.
Sweet ride m8
Can you send the link for that front fender? Would appreciate it so much!
Rockymountainatvmc.com that was a 2013 yz250f front fender. A 2006 Suzuki rmz250 will work without modifying fender holes & looks good too.
Did you sell the black plastics?
I sold bike last fall, left all plastics go to new owner.
Hey man, don’t speak ill of the JT60.
Try to say Uhhhhhh more often in the next video.
I can't believe it took this long for someone to call me out on that! Thanks for watching!
