Andy Lee, bro, i feel ya man, i know all about overcoming injuries like this. When i was little i had a condition called clubfoot, thankfully i had a great doctor who fixed my foot with only one major operation that i could remember. However i suffered from muscular atrophy and only had good balance in that leg for 20% of the time for years before i came to a simple solution in my late teens, (zham jaung)(yes i totally butchered the spelling) Standing static qigong, as well as slow moving qigong/TAI CHI! can really help with your muscular memory and performance. Also KILL the caffeine, before it kills you! Caffeine can speed up metabolic rate and make your body “pass away” energy more quickly! Which is bad news for your body’s healing process, not only does your body not absorb the nutrients needed to heal said injury, but it can trick your brain into forgetting about your injury in general and thus your body doesn’t fix what is broke. DIET! get plenty of vegetables!!! rice is great, but don’t forget you’re vegetables, like broccoli, cauliflower, kale, spinach, carrots, just to name a few, i like organic or fresh/frozen myself. Oh and one more thing your mom called and told me to tell you to eat your vegetables lol.
Dude I just fractured my left ankle..n messed up my other leg too lol..I tripped over a curb doing it everyone thought that was so funny I'm happy to hear someone else did it lol. Are these exercises good for fractures too or just sprains? Im so stubborn I can't stand being still I'm ready for this thing to heal lol
Hey, Tabitha. Sorry to hear about your ankle. The professional caring for your fracture will probably have you avoid weight bearing for some time depending on severity and recovery. These are exercises you can do for rehab once you're approved to move it around and have weight on it.

I do NOT think Japanese Karate can create an artist like him. Must be something unique in the US????? His kicks resemble WTF TKD.
