    Unfortunately this would be impossible in the US. The first person who slipped on the stairs while playing around would sue the mall into bankruptcy.

    I love this so much = when I first saw it 14 years - found it again....even truer now. Thank you so for this inspiration. What fun....we are supposed to be creating fun every day. Every step we take is music!🌲 The tree of life is music. We are walking trees.

    Man I was expecting some people to try and synchronize some Chopin or something with just their feet. As ridiculously hard as that might be, definitely needing like 3 or 4 musical people and I dunno if there are enough keys but... IT'D BE AWESOME.

    Changing beaver by making it fun? Wow, how long did it take us to get that idea. Most of the time we try to change behaviour by being miserable scolds, shaming people or punishing them. What a surprise!

    It is a piece originally written for harpsichord by the Italian composer Domenico Scarlatti. It is most often referred to as "K 159". If you are looking for a quick interpretation on the piano, such as the one in this video, search for the recording by Michelangeli.

    Why on earth did you make it chromatic instead of pentatonic or diatonic? As it is, three or more people walking sounds abysmal.

      It IS diatonic. The steps are only the white keys, with the black keys just paint so people will recognize it as a keyboard.

    I don't know about the rest of you fellows, but I always choose the stairs over elevators or escalators unless I have to break a sweat walking up them or if the stairs are an impractical distance away.

    Unfortunately, this is only temporary.
    With time, people won't be as fascinated by it
    they'll just get tired of it
    and they'll go back to the escalator.
    Sad but that's reality.
