I have the same problem just cracking it will not help you need to do proper exercises to tighten scapular muscles so it can pull the body back the problem is we always train our chest so the packs dominate and pull the shoulder to the front. I have the same problem it's really frustrating because that bone does not go back to place as soon as I go do pull-ups it will come right out

I have this pain after cardiac surgery, and it’s debilitating.
This appears to be exactly what I am experiencing but I feel like my pain is worse. Why can I never find a chiro that knows a wide range of issues
