I have the same problem just cracking it will not help you need to do proper exercises to tighten scapular muscles so it can pull the body back the problem is we always train our chest so the packs dominate and pull the shoulder to the front. I have the same problem it's really frustrating because that bone does not go back to place as soon as I go do pull-ups it will come right out

It's a cool channel. It will be helpful within the sports fraternity. I played soccer once in school and someone almost lost his foot. I thought it was broken but on reaching the guy who was injured I noticed all that he needed was the same as what the guy in the video seems to be doing.

mines is even worse than his, can barely hit above 45 degree, a doctor told me to do PT for a month, now almsot a month, just a little better, idk what comes next, but I live in Iraq and havent heard any chiropratic center anywhere near by lol
