- You guys asked for it so today we'll be checking out the Cocco Pro BLDC Clipper and Trimmer. These advertise a new "Digital Gap" technology so I'm interested to see what that's all about. I picked these up at the CT Barber Expo for one of my barbers in the shop and he was willing to let me do the unboxing for you guys! Your channel has come so far! Reviews are great my 2 cents would be to have the mic closer and not sound so distant. Weight comparison on a scale would be another detail that no one else does. Have a mic that compares decibels. Ive bought 4 different brands and would be cool to be able to compare decibel without buying each one. I'm just a fan appreciating the changes of your channel.

It's common when working in a shop for different barbers to use other brands to stand out in a good way ! People observe and if they see a barber kutt good with diff clips they'll give them a shot . Me , I'm wahl till I fall , or I'm babyliss so I can't miss ! 💯

Switch to stylecraft and be a master of your craft . Saber and instinct trimmers beat any fx skeletons. Instinct and rebel/boosted clipper is a beast I grab those more than my boost fx clipper 🫡💯

@@Seancutshair i have a boosted , rebel , instinct and x ergo that i always switch from and i have every sc trimmer the sabers, instincts , flex , rebel , and even an evo trimmer lol 😂 and i use rebel shaver or fx3 shaver

You should have used the guards that came with the clipper I use the same guards on my xergo and they're brilliant!!!

@@Seancutshair I personally think they are the best premium guards to use. Please do a review on them id like to see what you think, hopefully you like them as much as I do
@@Seancutshairthe guards are really good i skip guards with them. The 1 guard blends into the 2 easy and the .5 blends into the 1.5. It cuts slightly longer than a traditional .5 but you can blend it out with the corners pretty easily.
I got the clippers in gold, not bad but they came with regular guards not premium

I'm asking for Cocco Hyper Veloce Pro Clipper: You've tried the machine, you know. Are the cutting ranges set to 0.1 - 0.2 - 0.3 - 0.4 - 0.5 - 0.6 mm without a comb?
No clue honestly I don’t get caught up in all that I just see how they cut, and cut accordingly

I hope your trimmer stays working. Bought mine at CT Barber expo and tried to use it when I got home. It turned on once and never again. Got one response from the company and been ghosted since then.
TPOB did me like that too. And what's crazy is, I wanted to just tell him how much I liked them but would add a rubber grip( maybe, on the slime two)

It’s the graphene blade and yeah that’s a lot. Like I said these weren’t for me and a show bundle. Don’t know if I would pick them up for all that

@@Seancutshair Thanks for the quick response appreciate it. I cut with the Andis Cordless master and Cordless Fast Feed they both open up to a full 1 was thinking about getting the Clipper nice review btw
What up Sean. I'm dat OG. I still use all wired clippers/trimmers. I was one of the first to explore the cordless designs. Ran with the NiCad Andis ACBG's for a while. Love the "freedom" for styling afros. But the battery was garbage. I had to replace them constantly. But, other than the occasional cord replacement (mostly from hanging them), I don't see any real advantage to using cordless. The corded are way stronger. The cordless do look flyer, though.
So if you need a gimmick to get clientele, than you better go cordless. The kids love them!😆
...as for Cocco clippers. I suspected they were hype before your reveal. Just from the wording used in the description. Nothing truly innovative. So, don't believe the hype!

I saw the website and replacement blade with shipping and taxes almost 80 dollars! Definitely not a good deal ! Considering that I change my blades every 2

Why saber?? Just wondering I thought that graphene blade hit hard? Is saber just better all around? I have saber it’s my favorite but was trying to maybe get these cocco’s don’t want to waste my $$
Honestly been seeing theses in canada now, asking a ridiculous amount of money for clippers that just appeared on the canadian market, lower battery life than its competitors, and low RPM compared to their competitors, also using their own tacky tech like digital gap which i think sounds tacky… gamma and Stylecraft brought amazing clippers to the market id say some are cheaply made ive had to repair 2 gammas, JRL so far has been good all way around, trimmers and clippers are definitely not all in the same competition, id say stylecraft saber and skeleton with the psycho blade from tpob hit like crazy and gamma BOOSTED clipper and rebel and JRL clippers 🙏🏻
