I've had a little time
I've had a little time
I've had a little time
Thank you. RUclips need more lyric writers like you for us lazy folks who "haven't have a little time" to Google it😂
Fantstic.
The real MVP
its "the freedom that you wanted back...." but other than that it looks good.
Thakk you :)
Yes. I still like this song.
Her voice is outstanding in this song
I didn't appreciate how good their music was back then, love the songs now, highly underrated , so unique , I'm 63 now .love listening to them now
I'm 52. 😅
I am 62
one of the best songs i have ever heard in all my 43 years. i even loved it as a child even though back then i didnt get the meaning just loved the tune
I've loved this band for years, the lyric of this song is fantastic!
Each of their songs is so different and distinct. Not many groups out there like them....
funny how some songs by bands you wouldn't give a second glance at normally, stick in your head and always make you smile this is one of them for me.
Who’s all still listening to this in lockdown 2020 🎶🙌absolute classic ❤️
its like 30 odd years old?
@@scottnever8732 Which lockdown is that? March, or the one starting on 5th November...gunpowder, treason and plot
Omg stuff it lol
@@Stedman421 😂👌
Just checking that lockdown 2021 is still providing this classic gem 💎
I dont know why some of these Beautiful South videos don't have at least tens of millions of views like other music vids
Actually forgot how good the beautiful south were. Totally brilliant
Her voice is phenomenal- its a real shame that she left, i can picture tracks like rotterdam sounding even more elevated with briana’s vocal
She left because she didn’t like Paul’s lyrics apparently after he wrote 36d 😔 it’s such a loss to the industry though isn’t it
@@tzuamourshihtzu9871 I did not know that. I love both eras with both singers, and they were both great. Hard to compare them but Brianna definitely had an edge, in my opinion.
One of the best songs ever written. The timing of the brass makes me want to cry.....by the way, I'm a heavy metal fan.
Strangely enough it's the pipe organ that does it for me and like you it's heavy and prog rock for me.
it just goes to show that musically this song has it all.
IF YOU HAVE GOOD ARTISTIC TASTE... THERE WILL ALWAYS BE AT LEAST ONE SONG ON EVERY KIND OF MUSIC THAT YOU'LL LIKE. I LOVE BRASILIAN MUSIC AND FADO (PORTUGUESE FROM PORTUGAL) AND YET I LIKE RAMSTEIN AND METALLICA AS I ALSO LIKE THIS... I LIKE GOOD MUSIC (AND GOOD LIRICS OF COURSE, COZ IT'S A KIND OF 'POETRY':)
I simply adore the violin on 'The Waterboys' songs and also piano (on many songs but on Bowies 'Life on Mars'... that ending!) and saxo on so many songs like Hazzel O'Connors 'Bird Song'. Did you botg knew that 'Chasing Cars' song was originally sang by Hazzel O'Connor?
One of the best songs accompanied by one of the best video ever....
The knives around his head makes me chuckle every time.
How come the modern songs with lyrics of doubtful quality get hundreds of Ks and Ms and more views, and such a masterpiece is so underrated?
Because this ist for the ones that have excel·lent taste!
This will still be a great song ten years from now...
I’m so glad this is now up on VEVO.
Loe Kenn one of my favourite beautiful south songs
i know this is my favourite!!
Flawless beauty and perfection from 30 years ago - yet sounds the same as yesterday. So glad I’m an 80’s child growing up listening to this for the first time
💕💕💕this
My sister and I had a sing star karaoke game and one if the albums we had for it had lots of "old" songs, this was one of them. I adored singing it as a child (always been an old soul) and love it even more as an adult.
I love this it's the song that Introduced me to the Beautiful South and I absolutely adore everything they do
One of the best song from beautiful South love her voice that God we have you tube as everyone would be goinging stir crazy with lock down
Love this song!
Brilliant song- must have heard this song 100's of times and never really knew what it was about. Great music video- tells a great story.
and how beautiful she is , love her voice as well xx
The womans voice!!!! Amazing! 💚
Magic, clever, thinking 🤔.
Never gets old. All-time classic.
when you forget how good this band is...…………………..
This song reminds me off my dad.
Now my mums happily married to a guy who's like a dad to me, i love him so much.
Don't settle for shitty men!
angel fayer well said :)
Always the men is it?
Or women
First weekend away with my now wife (22yrs) Beautiful South concert at the Crystal Palace
I've forgotten how good they are and this track is ACE.
I was only five in 1990 but hear this, and am instantly back to that time. Brilliant
This was playing when I was at college... Made the day's fly by... Top stuff
Ahh Brianna, loved her, such a beautiful voice x
Was fortunate enough to have seen them live in 90s. Great sound live as well as recorded.
Saw Paul Heaton and Jacqui abbot in Dublin this summer still absolutely brilliant
Seeing them in Belfast in Feb coming. Beyond excited
this is not jacqui abbott. but brian corrigan
I'm 19 now. I grew up listening to Beautiful South. Absolutely love their music ❤
I still love it to this day and it won't go away. ❤ 🎵 🎙
28 year old and still sounds great
My parents played this on repeat when I was little. This song will always have a special place in my heart
Good tune brought up with all this love it0❤
I just heard this song on the radio and remembered how much I liked the video when it came out in the 90's. I enjoy how the video story fits the song so well.
