Nigel, my vote is for the engines. I particularly liked the dry-brushing with the silver over the wash on the interior of the fuselage; appears to give excellent visual contrast, and I'll have to try to remember to try this technique on an appropriate airplane kit. All in all, its looking really good. Take care.
Engines next, Nigel! Then the main wings - it'll give time for the postal service to show up. The kit is looking great! Nice use of reflective silvering with a drybrush ❤
I just watched this to confirm my suspicions that it was impossible to fit bomb bay then cockpit or vice versa and the only way is to fit them both at the same time. You are absolutely correct though the fit of these hull bulkheads and the bomb bay and cockpit modules is nothing short of superb. There really isn't any need to glue those modules in they fit so well and click firmly into place, but I will.
Hi Nigel, you do a fantastic job of showing how you build models, and the majority of people who watch, including myself, enjoy the whole process, I learn new building tips from you all the time. So why do some out there still complain that your videos are too long? Don't they understand the term 'Fast Forward'. Keep up your good work, however long it takes. Regards, Dave Porter London
Hello Nigel . Thanks for the mention . Its Great when you close up and no crunching and none of the p.e drops out of the fusalage , result ... all been there. My vote goes towards the engine's. The parts in the instructions look a great starting point . M
I'd love to see the nose built up, but doing the engines now with all the PE would be a good strategy while you're waiting since they are not effected by the fuselage at all. Beautiful job on this bird so far, Nigel!
Hi. Nigel, Hows it all going, Hows the Great Scharhorst going, Like the Havoc as well, It will be a Nice Build, on holiday from 01/02 so i will have quality time into watching more really Great Videos of Tutorial on Hobbies from yourself and at least get Great professional opinion from yourself through your Classic Videos. I expect one bottle of quality whisky per month for my nice comments above Regards Jon
Hi Nigel, I've just finished reading Darwin's Spitfires, the troubles they had defending Darwin! But they also had Beaufighters and Boston Bombers that could bomb the staging airfields after a raid. So votes in for a Boston. Would like to see the motor, nacelle, landing gear next please.
Personally speaking, I am looking forward to seeing the engines being put together; I bet they will look fantastic! But whichever build order you decide is fine by me :). i know what you mean about the Havoc. Compared to the eg Blenheim it looks like an Austin Healey Sprite next to an MG TC. And the A26 looks like an E Type!. Pity you glossed over those clamps so quickly.
You and me both! Sorry John, I'll try to cover them in more detail in my next video.. they are from Sweden and they are sold by a company called Rebell hobby.
Hi Nigel, have been following your A-20G build and am loving it. I have a Border Lancaster question and am sorry about putting it in the Havoc section. I need to re rivet the areas you have in your done in your model build. I want to purchase Quinta Studio 1/48th rased rivets, single and double, from Hannants but don't know which QRV product codes are correct. Can you help? What are the two correct QRV codes so I can make an accurate order. Kind regards Geoff Williams
I am leaning towards the 1/32 rivets now. You ideally need 1/48 and 1/32 for some variation. There are black and white in both scales in single and double.
Nigel, the engines and wings with the undercarriage
Great build Nigel, engines please.

Thanks 👍
Great progress Nige. yep engines for me, get them all prettied up then tackle the undercarriage,
Both would be neat to see, but the engines call my name first.
Really chuffed to see the your new video on this lovely kit. Looking good. I would like to see you build the engines please. All the best. 👍
Engines next Nigel. Looking superb already.
Well done Sir
My vote is for the engines, next. I think you’ll be happy to get them done now.

It was a worry, I've dry fitted it all many times but that was by far the noisiest!!
Awesome work as usual!
Thank you! Cheers!
Beautiful work Sir. I think you should give the landing gear bays a go.
I would agree with mikemontgomery, do the engines next 👍👍
Beautiful work as always Nigel. Engines please.
Thanks, will do!
Got to be the engines pal

What a great kit. Add your talents and it becomes extraordinary!
Thank you kindly!

You just voted for all the choices lol.
Very nice work I think engine's next but you usually have to feel like working on a part
Do the engines next. I've got some clamps just like those. I got them from Rebell in Sweden, i think. Got some glass files too...
Lovely work, as always.
Didn’t quite catch where you got those clamps from 🙃😂
😅
Beat me to it about the clamps
Where did you get the clamps from again? 😂 It’s been asked that many times 😂
Nigel, wait for the oxygen hose, and build it how you want to. Regards Dave Porter
👍
If doing it in order then doesnt it make sense to do the engines, while waiting for parts.
"They fell off first time the aircraft ever took off." Sounds like Boeing!
Just to be clear Nige...is that Rebel Hobby in Sweden?😂🤗 The A-20 is looking great mate.
Yes 😁

There is an advert for them every month in Scale Aircraft Modelling and Airfix Model World . Is this enough?@@NigelsModellingBench

Looking forward to the 1/48 b-17g also , lets hope it looks this good as Well. M
I wont be putting all the effort into that.. but at least it's a little more colorful inside.
