Holy cow, this was a long one! Turns out I can talk about travel for a long time. 🤓 Let me know what you think! And if you've got questions, leave a comment and (potentially) inspire the next video.

Thanks so much for the helpful tips. As a vegan, I'm excited for whatever content results from your Japan trip. I'm hoping to get there in the new few years.

Glad you enjoyed! And I’m looking forward to sharing vegan Japan as well. In the meantime, I do have a vegan Barcelona video in case that helps any future planning! ruclips.net/video/U_4k0qSmAIM/видео.htmlsi=I25loFfKBDJ4o0yN

Great advice on all points. Booking accommodation and transportation ahead of time is key for me. Not ideal to spend actual vacation time searching for hotels, figuring out how to get from A to B, or scrolling thru tripadvisor reviews! I would also add that booking trips well into the future provides a longer window to actually look forward to the trip itself. Who doesn't love looking forward to traveling? I find it really helps with in-work motivation and mental balance. Easier to work hard in the moment knowing there's a trip ahead, even if it's 6 months away.

Such a good point! Planning ahead gives you something to look forward to - and to maybe immerse yourself in the culture beforehand (films, books, podcasts, language etc.)
