BF3: Reality Mod is a BF3 modification that focuses on communication and teamwork. It draws inspiration from the successful BF2 "Project Reality" mod. It offers a complete gameplay and UI overhaul that creates a more tactical and meaningful experience.

BF3 had revolutionary FPS and movement dynamics, I wonder why it didnt happen sooner. Other games were just clunky

Squad’s armored vehicles behave to unrealistically, I really hope this mod can some how make the vehicles feel more authentic and less slippy n slidy and health bars
Same goes for the helicopters in Squad it feels like I'm flying a helo in GTA 5 rising storm 2's flight model is the best to this day I hope this'll feel similar

dont worry devs are working on it. I had opportunity to see aa at work and it was brutally fast. They added realistic speed to it if you dont use flares and evade on time you dead no time to even say holly mary..@@SomeDude-gs7om

Is there a progression system? I'm trying to find something to scratch the Arma 3 King of the Hill itch that runs at over 40 fps and doesn't have clunky controls.
For R.M. to become even better than it already is, just introduce the use of fighter jets into the game!

Thing is frosbite engine isnt as open as refractor (bf2 engine), unless the dev has permision from ea this mod never be standalone
BF3 occasionally goes on sale for like 5$. Can't believe after 13 years only now I was able to afford it 😅

Based on the playtest feedbacks I can say mostly fixed yes.

Squad has better smooth motion and effects, only better thing on this is destructable stuff

I played BF2:PR back in the day religiously. I played this for about 30 minutes and uninstalled. Ever since I got Squad I dreamed of having Squad on an engine with destructible environments but holy hell it's so bad in every way compared to Squad.
Now Squad has the infantry combat overhaul, which is the best step in milsim gaming history. While PR2 is advertising random bullet deviation.............. That's enough for me to never even think about touching PR2 again.
(random bullet deviation is a terrible mechanic that makes your gun not shoot where it's suppose to, making it completely up to RNG if you hit your target)

IMO it's a mistake to try to turn BF3 into the least popular aspects of Squad's ICO. The early PR builds for BF2 would be a better fit IMO.

Bro I feel this came out a little too late, since squad is taking the show, if you could of pushed this out, say 4 years ago it it probably would have the lime light right now.

@@bf3realitymod reality mod is not going against Squad. Dedicated players play reality mod. Same thing with Project Reality. Rm just needs to grow a little bit... I belive with constant updates this can be achieved.
