From one enthusiast to another, it's wonderful to see someone expressing their feelings for the masterpiece that is Battlefield 3. It's hard to describe to players just how grand and immersive this game was. Watching your video, I feel I don't need words to convey the essence of this game, which has a true and profound quality that evokes incredible feelings and unforgettable gameplay moments. The way you immerse yourself in playing Battlefield 3 is sensational and realistic. The cooperative mode of the game is something rare in current games. I still feel nostalgic when I remember roaming the map with two friends in a tank, always marking targets with the laser (slot 3 of the tank) so the pilot could fire guided missiles at ground units, while our second companion manned the machine gun turret on top of the tank. To conclude, I'd like to express my deepest sentiment: I fear we won't experience anything like this in future Battlefield franchises. EA, like many other companies, has abandoned the passion for creating great experiences in favor of the corporate world and high profitability. I still play Battlefield to this day, but I feel the game is on life support and about to fade away, at least in terms of accessibility. However, it will live on in our memories forever.
Absolutely, mate! I simply couldn't put it better than you did... I agree with your deepest sentiment. The Battlefield Experience has been greatly altered, and has strayed too far from what it once was. It is, now, riddled with microtransactions, and EA's pockets are being fed, off of our nostalgia.(Battlefield Bad Company 2, Battlefield 2142, BF3, BF4) I do feel like we are in the end days of the Battlefield Franchise. But, indeed, it will forever remain as my Favorite, Premium Quality, First Person Shooter series! I'm disappointed that so many players get to see the few latest entries in the franchise, and label the whole series, off of only those games, without experiencing the rest. However, the true gems, and pillars of the Modern-Combat Battlefield Series, will remain: Battlefield 3 & Battlefield 4. These 2 games feel... Complete! And they complement each other, from the Singleplayer Story, to the Multiplayer Immersion and Freedom, to the Content offered with the DLCs! Those two, are truly, the Masterpieces of the entire franchise! Thank you for the time, and for the kind words. 🧡💙

the MOST BEAUTIFUL LOOKING bf ever. No debate no doubt Airplane ambience noise, blinding sun glare, superb gun textures, excellent looking blast fires and smoke, excellent land textures and map scales for that era...etc even though bf4 was almost equally great at maps but it was still not this great!!
I was a die hard BF first one I played was bad company and bf2 bf3 bf4 loved them all up until that. Tried to play 2042 and it just got runied for me massively.
I just came back to this game after years, its an amazing game but its hard to find a server that hosts gamemodes like Rush. Also I need someone to help me unlock the M1911 S-TAC and the XBOW.
No doubt, it's still amazing! When dealing with servers, I'd say, it depends on: 1) Your location (US, EU, etc), 2) If you've got Premium or not, and 3) Your server browser settings. When I play, I usually checkmark everything under: "Game", "Preset", and "Detailed", in the Server Browser Settings, then scroll down, to the Server List, and Sort everything by Player Count, with the most populated, at the top of the List. Currently, at the time of writing, the most populated is a US one, named: [TBG] ALL MAPS CQ, followed by: [JAH] Warriors #09, from EU.
@@VexorPrime Thanks mate, I'm in the UK, I'll take a look at the server settings. Hopefully get to play, I wish they would remaster this game and open up dedicated servers for it.
@@maydaygoingdown5602 No worries, mate! Remastering this astonishing masterpiece, would be awesome! Especially, if they improve the destruction even more (bullet holes through different materials, etc.)! By the way, another "trick" you can do, before joining any Match, is to open the Players Tab by pressing "Show All Players" Button, under each servers' "Server Settings", to make sure you're not joining the ones with Fake Player Counts. There are quite a few out there! Hope you manage to find a decent server, and have fun fragging! 😉😄
I don't really remember the name, but what I do remember is this: it had all the DLCs in the maps rotation. Back to Karkand, Close Quarters, Armored Kill, Aftermath, End Game. It might be unpopulated, or even closed. Hope you manage to find it, or an alternative.
@@VexorPrime Yea literally the best BF game. Everything is great. The maps, the guns, the graphics, animations, the audio design... Still not topped by any of the recent games...
bf3 is extremely good but it just cant compete with bf4 for instance. bf3 is an artful game but doesnt have the added GAMEplay of 4. theres just so many things to do and interact with in 4 that 3 is missing i cant completely understand why people still play that game. bf3 just doesnt have the gameplay elements to keep it interesting although it it very beautiful. much more beautiful than 4. but its a game not a painting anf games are meant to be played not admired as art and not enjoyed as a game.
Bf3 kicks bf4’s ass in almost every way possible lol but i do like some of the features added in 4 like being able to peak and interact with environment, but 3 had far superior maps and gunplay

This game isn’t even that old. It came out when I was a sophomore in high school and that was only… 13 years ago… Oh.
and the game still looks good even after 13 years
Ugh don't remind me 😅
@@xrazzr1i would say it even looks better than 2042, even if its graphics are technically better

this game refuses to die
Omg! I love bf3. So much time i spend in this game. I really hope for remake
I believe that's what we all hoped for, before Battlefield 2042's reveal...
I LOVE THIS GAME

Awesome to hear!
nice gameplay!! Sadly, all sv in my region are closed. but with vu i can play with bot and it's so good.

Bring bf3 Close Quarters hardcore servers back, literally peak fps

If more people could use the vu client that would be amazing always enjoyed the refined experience on there

This is battlefield
Indeed!
Very nice gameplay and editing
Thank you! Glad you enjoy it!
I just really wish at this point for EA to make BF 3 reboot with refreshed graphics. Fresh new players and return of the old ones.

How much of the fanbase moaned about split playerbase, leading to 'live service' trash. Make good maps and people will play them for years and years!
Well said! Now, almost everyone wants DICE to return to the old, Premium method.
