    Wow, what a great game and a great job of blending and editing the highlights. NBA on NBC was so cool back then. And what a great era.

    How they called Charge on Perkins at the beginning of the game and Worthy around the 8 minute mark shows how they changed the rules for Shaq and later Lebron to "Bully Ball" and Dominate.
    Or the "Up and Under" travel around the 10 minute mark
    Pre-1990 players wasn't allowed to do those things

    • @chrisuncleahmad789

    • @SamS-ch6vj

      @@ilovelaurax23 no they were old with A LOT OF MILES on most of them. Magic had a TON of miles on him as well as Worthy, Scott, etc. Plus this was no longer the Showtime Lakers either.
      so yes the Bulls in the 90s only won because the great teams of the 80s had aged away and the league was diluted by expansion

    • @ILoveOldTWC

      That's what hurt them in the '89 finals against the Detroit Bad Boy Pistons. Two key injuries, one whom was also injured in the '91 series against the Bulls.

      The Jordan fanboys only acknowledge Pippen when he wasn't on the team so they can say Jordan played with Crack heads in the 80's. But when the Bulls win, Jordan get all the credit

    • @kerry-j4m
      @kerry-j4m Месяц назад +2

      Don't forget Horace Grant,he was a very GOOD edition on the Bulls,face-up jumper form within 12/13 ft,shot-blocker,tough rebounder,good defense and fills the lanes on fast breaks too.

      @kik5323 Месяц назад

      @@truthiscensorednot necessarily true, I mean he did play with crackheads during the early portion of his career and like every champion it takes a team and the Bulls were a team, but like any superstars the Birds, Magic, Shaq, Kobe, LeBron and Curry, they’re the leaders of the team so of course they get more of the shine because of who they are, Jordan was no different.

      @@jaxsonsdad79 yes this team was an OLD Lakers team with a lot of miles on them
      the 91 finals Worthy was injured and the Lakers were four months older and that didn't help

    THE 1991 NBA FINALS WAS MORE COMPETITIVE THAN THE BULLS WINNING THE 1991 NBA FINALS IN 5# GAMES. EVERY GAME WAS VERY CLOSE & CAME DOWN TO THE WIRE EXCEPT FOR THE BULLS GAME 2# BLOW OUT WIN. IF IT WAS THE 1987/ 1988/ OR 1989 LAL TEAM VS THE 1991 CHICAGO BULLS. THEN THE LAKERS WOULD'VE WON ANOTHER CHIP!!!
