I can confirm it what he said is true because I seen students from Kerala in my class. They were a majority portion almost all of them had Hindu names but they all consumed beef and we're atheist too. That's because there's a lot of Arab money flowing into Kerala. A lot of Malayali's go to the middle east for employment. Along with money made in UAE, Qatar, Saudi and Oman, they also bring Islam back to Kerala.
Furthermore Malayali hindus who migrate to European countries or any white western countries generally don't go back to India. They sell their assets in India and settle in western countries. Furthermore more and more of their children brought up abroad, don't marry from India, but instead marry a white person. This has the effect of reducing the hindu population of Kerala. I know this because, I am Malayali hindu, born and brought up in Britain and many of my cousins have no connection to India and have married British white guys.

Iam from Kerala and it's so deadly true. Here At South Kerala things are okish, but on North portion of Kerala; it's a hub of anti nationals and religious extremists. In Mysore and chamrajanagara, the keralites have owned autos and not allowing kannadigas to get auto licence.they took away Kasaragod from us. They planted many illegal supermarkets. They have encroached buildings in electronic City area of Bangalore. They have imposed malyalam and there was even a physical harassment case on a doctor from Kerala woman for speaking kannada. Keralites are currently bigger issues for us than north folks. Apart from this more than 50 percent of red light areas in Karnataka is owned by keralites.

I am now 70+ n from village Chandipur of East Midnapore. Fifty years ago in my village there were hardly three muslim family with 15 to 17 muslims. After long 32 years very recently I visited my village. To my utter surprise I see about 50 plus muslim plus muslim family with about 300 members residing in my small village n our Chandipur market (where there was not a single muslim shopkeeper hardly three decades ago) is now flooded with majority muslim shopkeepers. Where are they come from? Where this our west Bengal is going? I will not be surprised if sariah law is enforced in West Bengal in near future. This state is heading towards that situation.

Very very sorry to say, but what I feel happening in Kerala is, they are literally worried of facing "the reality" in the wake of their diminishing numbers day by day. Consequently, in a median and a safe way, they are used to act like atheists, as the physical, verbal and emotional attacks on such Hindus by the abrahamic religions, as of today, are little or they can be handled comfortably by being atheists and, of course always there are certain builtin advantages in being unprincipled atheists! Isn't it a safe game that many of us play, given the myriad other natural ordeals in our life?
Please don't get me wrong, I am not trying to blame anyone here but rather describing certain psychological actualities pertaining to all human beings.
This is precisely what's now happening in some other states too where one or both the abrahamic religions are dominating. However, in West Bengal, Assam etc. it's clearly visible even in the attitude and the same would happen eventually in all other states too if Hindus don't act united!
On the other hand, getting Hindus united is a daunting task as the diversity in them is uncountable.
Even scientifically, in any dynamical structure with an infinite degrees of freedom, any thing can happen and anything can be made to happen at any time! Isn't this what you witnessed in India, of course in silent suffering since approximately 900AD?
