First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
I found you guys searching for home workouts because I had to leave the gym for a while :( I'm so thankful that I found you. I thought I would lose my "gains" by working out at home but no, you are amazing, your workouts are challenging and complete. you really motivate me to leave by bed and not complain about not being able to go to the gym. i have been doing this for over a year one body part in a week ie arms shoulders chest legs thats 4 times a week for abs i follow another programme .hasfit is one of the best programmes and i have benefitted from these workouts immensely its all about sustainibility focus and determination one as one gets stronger the level of diffculty decreases. at age 60 iam at my fittest . so much so i dont feel the need to rejoin the gym. many thanks coaches, i have also put quite a few of my friends onto your classes

Woo! This workout is always a killer finisher for my workout. I did a 40 minute glutes, abs and cardio before this, and working shoulders intensely like this was just the perfect thing to tie it all together, and give the upper body some love, too!
I just started my 3rd week with this program (I do this 3 x's a week plus another total body workout program 7 days a week) and am so grateful! I am starting to see definition in my shoulders and definitely feel the burn! Thank you!!

I've just lost 2 stone 6 pounds in 14 weeks and still have a long way to go. But I wanted to start weight training to tone up as I carry on with my weight loss journey. I daren't join a gym just yet, so looked on youtub for a workout to do at home. I haven't a clue what to do and have been getting totally lost looking at all the workouts available. Well I have just completed the biceps, and triceps and also the shoulder workout and I feel great. Off to look at your website now. This workout is amazing! I love it, just long enough and tough enough. I added it to my Hasfit 25 minutes biceps and triceps routine and I am already seeing results (my results from bis and tris have been amazing!!) Coach Kozac and Claudia are great, their encouragement and energy is what kept me going through at the beginning when it was tougher and is also what encourages me to move to heavier weights but to do it all on my own time and fitness level. They are the best!

I've been having knee trouble lately so I've been focusing more on my upper body by doing workouts like this one. I know that one exercise had "Y' in it, but I could not help thinking that it was Why? once the burn started.
