If you cannot see how good it is, then trust me, it is rather special and something many estranged fathers would dream for. Still think you'll need more light in the new van, although not having a side window is much more stealth, which I guess is the reason. BTW, what is the signature music you have playing at the start of each programme.

Yes, I get sikaflex everywhere on hand, arms, clothing, and unintended surfaces on the van too. That is the ultimate insulation job you're doing there. There's a job waiting for you at NASA. Fantastic job 👌 - can't wait to see the progress. 😃
Closed cell foam is incredible, the soundproofing is so good for such thinn stuff, a top requirement for me as I'm a light sleeper. I've had such a good relaxing week with the gang. Good mattress and quiet nights have been well needed and gotten. Thanks mate

Coming along well! Love the attention to detail to make sure it’s all covered - the closed cell foam looks good - I used some on my back doors behind the card along with the recycled bottle insulation. Are you planning to insulate the back corner where the lights are? - I find that is a bit of a cold spot in mine (all be it not same van of course). All the best, David 👍
Holes in the bed would make the insulated bulkhead and bed pointless. I've got humidity sensors all over the van including extraction, should be fine but if not its easy to wipe down
Yeah it's all panels really. Lots of stuff to do yet, plumbing, shower build. Cupboards and I want the garage area to be organised with sections for easy access

What about holes in the base of Amika's bed for air flow to avoid mold. It's a tight and gonna be a well insulated space that must need to breathe
