In 40 years since being that age myself, I have never heard a school instrumental group so perfectly in tune.
This cheered me up. An absolutely wonderful rendition of this Charpentier Prelude from these young brass players and such assured playing and intonation as well as secure articulation. It reminded me of an old Maurice André recording from Nôtre-Dame, Paris. I hope they have an enjoyable life of playing ahead of them; they're so talented. The regal sound of Trumpets, Timpani and Organ is hard to beat! Bravo!
The future of well-played classical music is assured when one hears a children's ensemble playing so well, thank you, Peter Short, British Columbia, Canada.

One small criticism--you need to teach the second and third trumpets to hold their horns higher. Playing to the floor is a bad habit that should be corrected early on.

You've got all the notes right, but lighten up! It's a hymn of praise, not a funeral dirge.
Congratulations and an "A plus" to the performers, but an "F - minus"" to the conductor. Far too slow a tempo - it's too "treacally" and becomes tedious to listen to it. I'm off the listen to other performances
