Apparently i chop all the spruce trees in my world that i had to go 4k blocks just to get another one. I don't even have sapling, and i just started like 50 days. So it's a hard time for me, but this farm looks good, i might go get the saplings and try this out

Gotta say the water and collection system is 100% unnecessary. I’ve built this and by the end of a session of cutting down the trees there is maybe 1-2 logs in the chest. The rest is already in my inventory
The water collection is nice when you are using silk touch on your axe to collect the leaves. Those will drop into the water system propably. And for me: my inventory is often already full 😆

@@NutritionalNut yeah, i play on bedrock and have to have a gap between them so i just pillar up with sand and use a torch to get rid of it
I have the same issue on bedrock. I use scaffoldings to climb up, then it's just breaking one and hit the next tree.

Yes it doesnt work on bedrock you need to space each sapling a little bit for it to grow
It worked for me and I'm a bedrock player. Maybe because of new version? I haven't played the latest version yet

I'd look up the Minecraft interactive map and see where more spruce is, then I'd start making nether portals to teleport around!

I do this with spruce and dark oak. 4 dark oak saplings turned into an entire forest 😊
I once made a Museum built by Oak trees and naturally made the main roof from leaves. It was hard work.

On bedrock you need to at least space it at least 1 block on the X axis.. and 4 blocks on the Z axis
