Would rather see a front 3 of Richie-Kane-Kulusevski. Richie is more natural on the left while Kulu has been outperforming Son by a mile. Harsh for Kulu to be benched when Son is off form.

Jimmy Le Very true. It's a tough one for Conte as he knows what a special player he has in Son and is trying desperately to get him back on form, sadly at the cost of Kulusevski. But it's not working yet. Let's hope Son finds his shooting boots quickly.

Well I was suprised by london hotspurs... very good defense... they manage to delay the obvious untill the last minute, but... naturally sporting served the axe!

Can’t keep benching Kulusevski when he’s been playing so well. What’s the point of rotation if one players gets benched this many matches in a row.
To choose to use Kulu instead of Sonny is for sure a big call, but big calls are for big managers and Don Conte is a big manager.
Sonny should have a week off to keep him hungry and anxious for his next opportunity to impress.
If it was up to me I’d start Kane with pre match heads up that it’s a half time change for Sonny unless it’s all going to s**t.
Sonny and Kane a light work out to stay fresh, rip them apart with Kulu and Richi as the inside fwds.

Just an opinion. It seems not right to say Kulu should feel it's unfair or he's being left out for not starting. He knows conte trusts in his capability to contribute to the team and I know he understands and believes in Conte's vision and way of playing as well. Plus I'm sure he also believes and looks up to Sonny. We should keep this toxic fan behavior to the fans only and not the players, they are already in extreme pressure every week. :)
I think that kulu doesnt have a strong argument for being better than richarlison. I would consider resting son this same for his form at least for the first half.

@@lukesimmonds5470 He sort of was shunned by Spurs though, wasn't he. Poch was tasked with bringing him through slowly and nurturing a superb talent but he f*cked up (admitted it in his book). The pressure he put on an immature kid with that Messi comparison was ridiculous and all he had to show for it was 15 minutes against Gillingham, in the EFL Cup. Even after Edwards sorted himself out and did well on-loan at Excelsior, Poch didn't welcome him back into the fold. Shifted him to Vittoria at the first opportunity.
@@TheTruth-pl3mk still think if he was good enough he'd have come through. There's talk of attitude problem but I take that with a pinch of salt. I think the environment of young English players in top flight teams doesn't help as the likes of Chelsea are paying 17 year olds 10k a week, it leads them to entitlement. For whatever reason the club felt it was best to let him go and he ended up at a lower Portuguese club. If he was that good even a lower prem club would have snapped him up.
We'll see what happens as he's risen to a better club now.
On the flip side I do think youth development at Spurs does need looking at as there seems to be a huge gulf between youth and first team.
