  • Vincent Francoeur, our Gay Men's Group Coordinator, is using his time working from home and Social Distancing by creating short videos on some of the topics he discusses in his groups at ACT.
    This first series will be a 5-week series on Crystal Meth and its effects on gay, bi and queer men of Toronto. This series goal is to education and reduce stigma.

    Thank you for including harm reduction! I am trying to adopt a very similar mentality for recovery as my baby niece has for learning to walk. God willing, she will be completely successful at it without question, eventually. But right now, She falls, trips, crawls, pauses, thinks about her next move, she looks at her environment, options, and is present. Best of all she has a laugh and lots of fun trying to walk, im guessing it makes her happy to know she is succeeding a bit at a time. Sometimes she cries when she is tired and hungry tho lol. So she gets gets fed, then keeps practicing a bit day after day.
