Oh my God! I'm SO TIRED of all these reviewers gaslighting me into thinking that taylor made was some kind of "genius chess move" or "God-tier troll". Literally THE MOST disrespectful/ignorant move he could've made.
I’m all for going below the belt in a battle but there are certain lines that are crazy to cross, especially if you were trying to gain the approval of the general public in the battle.
Sure you can cross the line but don’t expect positive feedback when it doesn’t go your way. I’m glad he ruined his own legacy by dropping this song. He kind of deserves it 🦉🤷🏽😅

The worse thing about Taylor Made was that Drake didnt have the skill to do Pac’s and Snoop’s cadence. It sounded like him TRYING to imitate them, and he failed miserably, it was cringe. Kendrick on the other hand can do Em, Wayne, 3K, Hov, Push, Nip… I’m sure folks can hear other rapper in him. But he does so ARTFULLY, like a collage in addition to his own styles, for affect AND to show his skill as a rapper. Drake is like Crayola verses Kendrick is like the highest quality oil paints.
It sounded INSANE especially if you are an avid listener of pac and snoop. It felt like he wanted to clown the whole coast because of Kendrick. He seems that emotional so 🤷🏽🦉😅

I think Drake really has a skewed perspective on how beef is meant to go. All his notable beefs up to this point have been false starts. Joe budden, who despite laying down a series of painful shots for Drake, was basically ignored. Meek, who tripped over his own feet before he could gain any traction. Pusha T, who put the first crack in the armor in the public eye, but never followed through with the killing blow. Seems to me he thought he was untouchable and could move with impunity, until Kendrick decided to pop out and remind him how this shit goes: play with our legends and we'll be on your head.

This is the FIRST real take on that trash, Taylor Made Freestyle that I've heard. Im from the Show-Me-State, St. Louis city to be exact and a b-girl, hiphop fan from day 1. I was hella offended when he made that trash song and when I heard AI Tupac, I was pissed, then utterly baffled once I heard AI Snoop, like, WTF?!

Baltimore east coast too, Pac really east & west thru & thru. True hip hop legend representing the entire culture (just peaked out west) lol but I get what you saying.
Example: Me Against the World had hella tracks with east coast production or just giving east coast flavor like Temptations, Old School, If I die 2Nite to go along wit his west coast anthems in Lord Knows, Me against the world (the title track) ect. After he got home it was straight West Coast heat from Pac.
You’re absolutely right! Definitely Baltimore is East Coast but I brought it up because Drake fans sometimes like to bring up that Tupac was not born in California, which is very irrelevant. California embraced him the most, and is why he is still love and respected so much out here. 💪🏽❤️
But I do agree that his Baltimore upbringing really helped him musically and creatively, especially being in the performing arts school with Jada Pickett, and other rising actors at the time. Pac was simply that guy 🐐✨

It's easy to dunk on The Heart Part $#!+$ bc it's A. the most recent one that Drake dropped, B. the one that ended the beef, and C. the one with the absolute worst bars, but I think a decade after this feud is said and done, Taylor Made will be the most damaging to Drake's legacy, not just in hip hop, but music in general. The thing is, it didn't have to be that way. The beat is good, and in all honesty, nothing in hip hop is above being dissed. The thing is, it starts with the artificial replication of a dead legend and that kills any good will or momentum the song might have. If Drake had committed to genuinely imitating Pac and Snoop, or found someone who could do the job, then the track might actually hit hard. The Game has shown that he could imitate Pac, and Snoop'd be down for anything as long as the check doesn't bounce, and if not, it can't be hard of a task to find someone who can do a decent impression of him. Drake was complaining about the C&D on "Family Matters", but in truth, sweeping it under the rug is probably one of Drake's smarter moves during this whole beef, though the fact that he only did it under duress is pretty telling.

I recently heard that Em responded to MGK 3 times. I only heard one, and I though MGK won. I don’t like Em enough to listen to the others. EM is washed up to me. I recently heard him with Big Sean and I wasn’t impressed. Em got mega fans that will gas him up no matter what. How Em fans are, Drake thought his fans were, but most Drake “fans” are casual.
