I've been trying to find this short somewhere on the internet for YEARS. It was on a VHS I had as a kid and I had no idea what it was called and for the longest time thought I might have just imagined it. Watching this now it all came back and I remembered so many details so clearly... I'm so happy I finally found this.

No one's mentioning just how good of an idea this is as a business. Think about it, it's a venue where you are guaranteed to look your best, you'd feel amazing (the guys here can confirm that a hot towel shave makes you feel like a god for the rest of the day). A barber can do a cut/shave in 30 mins, which could buffer the line that bypasses the haircut/salon; all the while there would be profits while the costs for customers wouldn't be outrageous, especially since you could take a lower margin on drinks, which would attract more customers. I'm really surprised no one's tried this yet, it'd be perfect for something like a Vegas hotel, where people go from a hung over bum to a flashy playboy regularly.
I had a VHS of old timey cartoons when I was a kid and this one was on there! I miss the music that was accompanied with it but understand for copyright reasons why you couldn’t. I loved these old cartoons! It’s a great memory.

Becouse of cost. Those things were very very very expensive to make. The reason they were made despite cost was becouse they were made for theaters also they became popular becouse for a period of time they were the only way to have color in movies
