  • How to use a pulse oximeter at home accurately and correctly, ensuring you get the best results for your SpO2 levels which is your blood oxygen saturation levels. This refers to the level of red blood cells that are saturated with oxygen as a percentage.
    Normal level of SpO2 = 95 to 99% (Normoxia)
    Hypoxia (low oxygen) = less than 91%

    Hello there! My question is the following, do the rising bars on the lower right represent the rhythm of your heart beats? As it goes up and down at different times I can’t help but think it’s marking the beats as it goes in sync
