    Hello there! My question is the following, do the rising bars on the lower right represent the rhythm of your heart beats? As it goes up and down at different times I can’t help but think it’s marking the beats as it goes in sync

      I’m sorry that you didn’t find the video helpful, the point of the video was to try to explain how it works rather than just show it working - that was what I thought would be most helpful for people. I hope you took something from the explanation / ‘talking’ 🙏🏻
