Well… only if they were nice good and deserve a second chance. For example, people like cruella (from this show) was always pure evil, and doesn’t deserve one.
the only thing I loved about this scene was Rumple's words with Regina and how he sees other way to be close to Belle💗about Drizella and Anastasia, hah, if you really think giving someone a happy ending who even in her supposedly redemption episode, still was ready to sacrifice her sister, is a good thing and even smallest part of it is anything close to redemption, go just read some books and have more intelligence👎👎👎
