I know if you look it from Zelena's point of view she was trying to protect the father, as a blind man going up against someone with magic he would have only gotten his children and himself killed. Zelena only did what she thought was best, it might of been cruel to watch him look for his children when she knew where they were, but she didn't deserve that level of cruelty coming from them, especially after she told them how she had been treated in the past, and how she wanted to change.
I get pissed in this scene. They are really ungrateful little bit..es. But of course she in the end did a terrible thing but still two wrong don't make a right.
This scene makes me mad too. Zelena might have let the kids to die initially, but here she tried to make things right after knowing and getting friendly with their dad. But the kids didn't get to see that, so they only know her as this witch that almost got them killed. I do understand their upset, but the father could have been more reasonable to hear her out especially since she got him eyesight for her and that him going after the other witch would have led to his own death. His forgiveness could have really set things right with Zelena to guide her further to be good and that family could have still been intact. But it just goes to show what comes when we tend to counter darkness with darkness.

None of which of that you speak For that I do not see in this scene. For that I see with someone who realized and she made a fatal mistake After he heard what the father said about his children. Even though he asked her to stay She said that there was something I had to do I will be back soon. She went back That's the most important thing She went back to save his children. It is that That is being overlooked She got upset when she thought she was too late. When she thought she was too late and found Hansel's hat assuming they were eaten. Only to return to that cabin to realize that they were alive and see smiled happily her troubles and worries were gone. Knowing that both children were alive and well in the United with your father. Into the Cherry on top she has for the father a little something to give him back his eyesight. To give their father a second chance to redeem his own self. But the father and the children simply refused and saw her only as the wicked witch. REMEMBER EVERYBODY AND REMEMBER CHILDREN THAT EVIL IS NOT BORN IT IS ONLY MADE. @@johnsheehan7215 Moreover, as we see from this scene, Hansel has always been a resentful sadist who condemns everyone for the faults of a few. They are the ones who didn't want to live, as they chose to bask in what happened and let it ruin their life. It's not Zelena's fault that Hansel and Gretel turn their every idea into a sick and bloody obsession.
Aww that’s sad she deserved a second chance :( she was trying to do the right thing and ppl wonder why some ppl go back to their old ways they get treated like garbage this is the results big woop to do if she’s a witch magic can be used for good it’s the Person using it not the magic itself that is evil ppl are way to quick to judge

I think a better comeuppance line would be;
"You mess with the witch, you get BEWITCHED."
She definitely has beef with both Mills sisters. Zelena took her sight and Regina took her life.
How dare the blind witch try and say that the wicked witch is not so tough.
If Hansel and gredal happened in oz
