This is the perfect way to start my weekend, right on. There was a slew of bands like them back then, but it was Ozzy and having his vocals in the forefront really set them apart.
They got slammed by critics early on. I guess when you basically create a new genre, they freak out.

Just a heads-up, but the band you've got in the thumbnail is Earth, a different band that started in the end of the 80's and named themselves in tribute to the original Sabbath name. They're also incredibly good and helped pioneer drone doom as a genre but are unrelated to Black Sabbath.
There's another demo sounding one called The Rebel... You got to check it too.
