He gives great thought to it, not only the setup of the rooms and the fact that they are just adjacent to the pharmacy and they have wide open doors and it is very easy to transition from collecting your medicines to sitting down and having a consultation, but then the choice of words. He has Easy Clinic written on the outside. He has made a simple effort to change Medschecks to a second set of eyes.
