Sir, me intermediate may 2024 ke ke liae RTI file kar raha hu result aane baad se din me kai bar different mobile and pc, laptop but RTI file hi nahi ho rahi hai, pahele bhi mene kiya tha par us time hi gaya tha abhi nahi ho raha hai

Yes, even i am facing the same problem as i can see that it is only for indian citizen nonetheless they are not asking for any id-proof so can we apply by selecting indian nationality just for the sake of getting certified copies?

No buddy. Either apply verification or apply through RTI. You can't do the same. If you apply reverification after rti , you will get an email from icai that application got rejected due to an earlier process you have chosen.
So apply cautiously.
