Brooks Flats

Welcome to Brooks Flats! Brooks Flats is home to more than 300 male and female residents of all classifications, including members of the Business & Innovation LLC. The hall staff strives to foster an environment that encourages interaction, inclusion, celebration, and fun within an authentic Christian community.
Brooks Flats features unique community amenities such as a common cohort classroom, reading and study rooms, and a central lobby area that functions to emphasize community. Brooks Flats hosts apartment-style rooms, with each student being guaranteed a bed, desk, chair, drawers, closet space, and access to a community laundry facility on each floor. Apartment-style rooms also include private or shared bathrooms, shared living room space, and a full kitchen. Please note that all dimensions listed are approximate and that the rooms and layouts in each residence hall vary slightly. Typical measurements are as follows:
Double: 15’x12’
Single: 14’x8’
Mattress: Extra-Long Twin
